Modern, comfortable and exceptionally clean. We chose this room due to it’s proximity to the convention center and it is very easy to walk there. There is no front desk but the man who assisted us was very clear in his instructions and helped make our stat a pleasure.

No suggestions here. We loved it!

The apartment is gorgeous and very comfortable. The host was very prompt in replying to all communications and solved any questions well. It was great to stay in a residential area rather than touristy. It gave us a great taste of what it's like to live in downtown LA. We were attending NBA & NHL games at Crypto.com arena and the property is a really short walk to the stadium. Also very close to the Metro station which makes it easy to get to a lot of places in LA.

Nice kitchen but it needed a few more pans and utensils for meals Street area where you exit building is a bit seedy feeling but we didn’t have an issue. Normally enter through garage anyhow.

Spacious, well lighted and well furnished apartment with kitchen. One bed is comfortable. Sofa couch is fine but they also have a self-inflating bed as an option. Very secure building and residents were friendly. Access to nice pool, hot tub, grills and gym. Underground parking space included (vs. $50/day at a hotel). One block from LA Convention Centrer and Crypto Arena. Access to trolly nearby

Mike was so friendly and showed us everywhere we needed to go, even with our late check in. He showed us the pool, roof top, multiple entrances, etc. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. It fit 3 of us, and a pack-n-play was provided for families. We'd definitely stay again!

Location is sketchy but didn't have any issues ourselves, it's just a facet of DTLA. Don't expect to go for a brisk walk at midnight, else it's fine. Very close to the large venues.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at ViewPoint Suites in LA! The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities needed (fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, washer and dryer, coffee machine, walk in closet, bath). The property was well-kept and stocked with everything we needed, and the host was incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Overall, I highly recommend ViewPoint Suites for its great location, cleanliness, and exceptional hospitality.

The light rail was close to the building so I could hear it every time it passed by, but that’s by no means a major negative for this apartment. The sound didn’t bother me much.

The property was clean and stocked with everything needed for a quick weekend trip. The location was quick walking distance to the convention center. Overall I had a great stay and would come back!

There was actually nothing that i did not like.

Mike and the crew had my apartment ready for me upon an early arrival. The place was a really good size with full kitchen, refrigerator, washer and dryer unit in the room, a comfortable bed, pull out sofa and above all it was peaceful. The place is located just about a block from the LA Convention Center where i was attending a conference. There's a train station across the street and it was the perfect place for me. I would highly recommend staying here, especially if you're like myself and like to prepare your own meals. I walked to Whole Foods which was about a 20 minute walk (about 1 mile) and purchased fresh food to eat, way better than had i ate on the run. Thank you for your hospitality and for offering such a nice, safe space to call home for 4 days.

Dry central location, booked it because of secure parking and it was perfect. Most importantly the host - Mike -who let us was so wonderful and efficient. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
