There was a small cleaning issue in the first room, but was quickly resolved once the host switched us to another room.

Small, clean apartments 1.5 blocks away from Lauderdale Beach. They have everything you need: great A/C, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, free parking, large closets, etc. The host was very helpful and communicated well. We had a small issue with the first room and she quickly solved the situation by switching us to another one. Stay here if you want a homey option in Fort Lauderdale!

The location was great. The beach across the street and walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. The host were so kind and welcoming. The facility was clean and inviting. This property and owners were exceptional.

Parking was tight, we always had a spot but sometimes I was concerned there wldnt be a spot to park.

Convenient location, the owners was amazing. This is a hidden gem, walk through the gate and ur in a quiet courtyard with a private pool, and cabana, coming back from a long day on the beach or shopping and it’s nice to have some down time. With all the noise blocked out by the fencing. I almost don’t want to recommend simply because I’m selfish and don’t want everyone to take up all the rooms when I need one. U won’t regret ur stay.

The ambience and the host was the best!!!! I didn't need to bring anything but swimsuits and essentials. They have a bar full of sunscreen and aloe products and beach toys + bikes. Also, Publix is like a 5-7 min walk and the beach is suuuuper close! The pool is heated and the cabana is area is pretty chill to read a book at nighttime. I'll definitely be staying again. The kitchen was perfect too!

A great location down the street from the beach and a short walk to a variety of restaurants. Maria is very gracious and accommodating with any requests. She even has beach chairs and towels available. There is a shady patio area to relax out of the sun with a bbq and table, a bonus.If you are looking for a nice place to stay this is it! Thank you Maria! We are looking forward to our return visit and hopefully get to meet Kris!

The property is beautiful and made very private by the mature trees and flowering shrubs! Our room was bright and nicely decorated with comfortable beds and it was spotless! The pool was warm and relaxing and just steps from our room. There is also a thatched roof covered garden area adjacent to the pool with a BBQ and comfortable seating; a great respite from the sun on a hot day. Maria and Kris are perfect hosts! This is my second visit to their beautiful property and I will stay there again! It is a great value and so much nicer than a big hotel.

The owner on-site is professional, friendly and accommodating, and clearly takes pride in keeping the facility clean. The room, a studio, was large and had everything we needed. I liked that there was plenty of coffee provided for the keurig style coffee-maker, something that is not always the case elsewhere. We would book here again on our next visit to the area.

The cleaners that was used had a strong fragrance. My wife has a perfume allergy so that created some problems for her.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean. The dishes and appliances were in good shape. The property was gated and very secure. The bed was very comfortable. There was a problem with the kitchen tap and the property manager installed a new one very quickly the correct the problem.

They could have had a few extra items in the kitchen but we left suggestions.

We loved the poolside apartment with kitchen! And the outdoor covered tiki hut area with propane grill and lovely seating. The pool was always clean and the place was never crowded. We loved that it's a smaller hotel and personally run by the couple who own it. We will be back!

The sofa in our room was really uncomfortable. The stove had tin foil on the cover under the burners which was very tacky looking.

The room was spacious and clean. We were able to park right out front. Kris as a great host, very accommodating. The pool was very clean.
