I liked that it was spacious. Kitchen had it's basics, coffee maker, toaster, hand blender, microwave, plates, cups, pots & pans, bakeware, etc...

In one of the bathrooms the shower did not work, only the bathtub could be used. When I booked I reserved a villa with one king bed, 1 full bed and two twins beds, at checked in I was assigned a villa with a king bed and two fulls beds.

There were a couple loud neighbors, but fortunately, they didn't stay long.

We enjoyed this villa with 3 bedrooms, adequate living room space, fully stocked kitchen, 2.5 baths, and laundry. Everything was clean and tidy, beds were comfy, and check-in went smoothly. Our coffee carafe broke, and after a quick call to the rental company, they had a replacement at our door with amazing speed. The community pool is clean and well-staffed, about a 15 minute walk away. The gated neighborhood felt safe and secure.

The refrigerator freezer wouldn’t freeze, no instructions on how to turn on fancy shower, soft spot in tub, large hole in sink in master bedroom. I called to report, was told someone would come by, no one did. We had to store frozen items in neighbors freezer. There was old trash on the ground by the dumpster, and the screen door around the area used to open and close the door was filthy.

I didnt like the run down carpet upstairs. It's definitely time for the carpet to be completely REMOVE AND REPLACE.

I like the ability to easily access the villa with your private entry key. Each room has cable access which I enjoy relaxing and watching movies on vacation. Also Juan at the registration desk was AMAZING !! The location is easy access to restuarant and the grocery store.

That I had to go all the way back to the office to reactivate the wrist band to be able to get back in townhome on our last night stay. Also didn't like that wr couldn't utilize the game room prior to leaving cause they didn't reopen til noon when I had to check our by 4am to fly back home and my son list out on the $18 he has left on his card and all the tickets he accrued. Went night b4 and they were already closed up .

Apartment 3041, please don't rent out until you fix it, I booked Apartment in January to use from 15th August 2022, but was surprised when I checked in with my children after 12 hours flight to be welcomed by a very dirty house, Cockroachs all over, insects, cobwebs hair in the bathrooms, hair in the fridge come on this is 2022.

The stand alone pool was sometimes a bit dirty, but the lazy river was great. The distance from our unit required driving to the pool, as it was much too hot to walk.

We stayed for three weeks, booked in a three bedroom unit. We were given a four bedroom upgrade without asking! Lovely unit and fully stocked on arrival. Very well maintained vacation resort. Food in Frankie Farell's onsite bar/restaurant was very good.

The stay was GREAT! We are a family of seven and the townhouse met all of our needs. We enjoyed our stay and are concerning making the Villas at Regal Palms Resort & Spa a place to return to when we vacation in Florid again.
