The property was beautiful, truly feels like a mini Italy, the vineyard on the property was breathtaking along with the property’s landscaping. It is mapped out beautifully and truly is a one of a kind stay. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I booked one night for my boyfriend and I for his birthday, I booked on my Booking app so under the properties special requests I asked if they could add in a card saying happy birthday for him and I later realized after booking my room that on their website they offer special occasion specials. After arriving I was shocked to see a surprised boyfriend when he asked “did you tell them it was my birthday?” it was the most perfect thing they could have done. Truly made the best birthday stay with such a small detail.

Very well kept, reminds you of a little bit of Italy. So much to do around town, went to the coast, took a trip down to Golden Gate Bridge. The rooms are just wonderful, by far the nicest place me and my wife had ever stayed. Spent o day out at the pool relaxing, then a nice anniversary dinner at John ash.

This place is beyond amazing. The staff was very nice and welcoming - we didn't booked the right date (night flight confused the dates for us) and they totally understood and helped us! The resort is beautiful - there's is a vineyard to take a walk in and the restaurant is one of the most delicious places we have been on our trip. The room is amazing, well decorated and gives a feeling of being in Toscana - sitting at the balcony and raising a glass of wine in front of an amazing view. Don't hesitate!

A bit overpriced but overall very nice.

The grounds are really beautiful! The food at the restaurant/bar is superb. The room was clean and comfy, the balcony was great. The bathtub was so nice and spacious and clean!!! The pool is a dipping pool. It is ADULT only which is very nice if you're not traveling with kids (bummer if you are).

Spa and restaurant is closed for Monday and Tuesday. Probably it is due to the pandemic situation.

One of the 2 rooms for our group was very spacious and the other one less so. We lucked out in the larger room and were facing the pool and vineyard. The other room faced the bocce ball side and the wedding venue. It was loud with partying wedding guests until pretty late for that room.

The location is right off the highway but the fountain hides a lot of noise. The happy hour at Jon Ash restaurant recommended by the front desk staff was amazing and although we had released our reservation for later that night because the older people in our party did not want to eat late, we had the most amazing dinner outdoors and off the same menu as the dinner guests with reservations! Can't wait to go back.

- i booked a room with sofa bed and when querying the roll-away I was told that i get what I’m given as I booked through a third party (this one) - air con didn’t work and room was very hot. Multiple people went to fix, but was later at night. Told to sleep with windows open - very noisy from the main freeway the hotel is on (with windows open) - Manager (who dislikes bookings on third parties) said he would ‘try’ to have breakfast comped. He didn’t. All talk. - location is ok - nothing around. Booked as final luxury stay after two week roadtrip. Shame with the added niggles.

The pool is more of a dipping bowl and the images on website are deceiving. The noise of the freeway is heard when out on my balcony, which is a bummer since you are surrounded by vineyards, olive trees and lavender rows.

Laura in the spa was amazing! I had a seasonal scrub w/ cranberries etc, but I'm sure any service she provides will be outstanding. All the staff was wonderful, grounds are beautiful and John Ash room service was delicious!

It’s noisy they did not seem at all ready for us even tho I told them I was traveling with my 90 year old mother. My room had to be changed at the last minute we had a very loud drunk group of people that were not at all respectful in the restaurant as well as the hotel lobby and that too was unpleasant

We could not get the thermostat to work properly and it was set at 72, which made it difficult to sleep. I woke up over and over again during the night. We were also double charged for our dinner in the front room, which they did, of course, fix, but that was a bit of a hassle, took some time, and what if we had left before I glanced at the emailed receipt?

The property is beautiful! The rooms are lovely as well. We used to go before the outdoor pool and spa was built, so they have really made the resort very nice!

The room needs a little upgrade at this price. There was a lot of noise at all hours and the wifi did not work for us. Upon arrival our bathroom was not cleaned. There was trash left in the garbage and the toiletries were not replenished. It was otherwise clean. There is nothing else in walking distance but the resort itself.

This property was beautiful. The lunch at the restaurant was very good food and well priced. Close to the airport and highway for convenience.

Loud road noise, poorly maintained and unattractive entrances for the rooms. Our room was dated and had a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling.

it was noisy. Some neighbors were playing loud music that it has hard for my husband and I to sit at our balcony and enjoy our evening. Also, the people upstairs were super loud last night and this morning. They were stomping and dragging things. they woke us up at 6:30am. Not good.

located next to a major road where traffic could be heard from anywhere on the property, particularly our balcony. also, nice fitness center was not available to hotel guests, only spa guests.

The staff were rude to my girlfriend and I. When trying to explain myself to the general manager I was mocked and laughed at. Worst Expierence I have had In my 35 years. Do not eat at John ash and Co. I ordered two medium filets. Mine came back at medium well and my girlfriends came back as well done. I told this to my server and I was treated like I was bothering her. She took the steal back and 15 mins later her steak was back,however mine was now cold and the Expierence was now ruined. When I asked to speak to a manager I was laughed at and was made to feel uncomfortable.

The property itself is beautiful, however the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional.
