The pool is slightly small, but it’s outdoor and in the city so I can’t complain.

The decor is modern and well thought out. Loved all the furnishings! Bed is super comfortable and I slept so great with the black out curtains and temperature controlled room. The lighting is fantastic too. Well designed for New Orleans and had that French vibe. Staff were kind and responded in a professional manner. They served delicious cocktails. The gym suit all my needs for exercise.

I honestly don't have any complaints so I can't say there wasn't anything I didn't like.

The hotel offered a variety of services; there was a rooftop pool and had a bar, there was also a coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were spacious, clean and very aesthetically pretty. The toilet and shower were separate; I love that! The lighting was so good in every aspect of the hotel. Super modern hotel with ability to control light and ambiance from TV! Housekeeping did a great job! I also enjoyed there were a variety of restaurants near the hotel to try. The hotel is walking distance to several things (less than 15 minutes) but just FYI it is NOT walking distance to French Quarter (in MY OPINION---but if you are a walker then you will find it convenient. The walk was about 30 ish minutes)

The only thing I have to say that isn’t so good is that I went to the pool top bar twice and seemingly it was either closed or closing. But, it was still within the hours of it being supposedly open.

This hotel definitely exceeded. My expectations and I will be back when I visit New Orleans next time. This was not my first time visiting the city, and I have not always had pleasant stays at different hotels, because they are frequently outdated. This was a very posh, clean, beautiful facility. It was close to the stadiums, while also being close to bourbon Street and other tourist attractions, that people love about New Orleans. Also, the staff, from the front desk down to the bell boys were super friendly and accommodating. I can’t tell you enough about this gem.

All I would suggest is more healthy choices for room service and more choices in general.

I loved the quirky decor of the hotel and its proximity to many of the restaurants and sights of New Orleans. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel while here.

Air conditioner was really loud

Bed and pillows were so comfortable and being away from Bourbon street the location was quiet but within easy walking distance to the French quarter. Supermarket and pharmacy on the next corner and tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lovely, friendly and helpful staff.

Pillows were a bit soft and squishy for my liking but that’s entirely personal preference. Just a heads up if you prefer less squish, the hotel did kindly provide extra pillows when I asked!

Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, a great room! The locations was convenient but quiet. Loved that the shower, toilet, and sink/vanity area are all separate - made getting ready without being in anyone’s way very easy.

The king mattress was sagging low on one side of the bed. It made it difficult to sleep since you roll Down to the edge of the side.

TV connection was a mess and the Virgin App didn't function properly so, it was a bit inconvenient.

I liked everything. I didn’t get to use the pool as i left early but i dipped my toe in and it was wonderfully warm.

It was very homey. Loved the decor and the staff were exceptional. Always felt at home.

-Great Staff who made it a wonderful experience. -Location, location, location close to Riverwalk Oulet, Canal/Bourbon Streets and Mercedes Superdome along with great restaurants along the way. -Clean we didn't need to use the amenities that we normally bring with us even for high end 4-5 star $300+ per night rooms
