No instructions for washer/dryer. Only one teaspoon. Dining chairs very wobbly. No safe. Needs better blinds/curtains to block out the bright lights from the car park opposite.

Entry is horrific. It should not be this hard to get into your room. Was an absolute nightmare after hours and hours on the road to have to stand outside for hours trying to figure out how to actually get into the building

No breakfast. Great location. Getting in building was an absolute NIGHTMARE. Be prepared for an hour plus wait trying to figure out how to get in.

Countertops were not clean, light fixtures above Island were very dusty, widow sashes and ledges very dusty, ran out of hot water when all 3 of us tried to shower, used band aid on floor in one room, couch cushions packed with candy wrappers and popcorn.

Very complex registration process. I needed to submit my ID and photos, credit card numbers, credit card image, proof of a test charge they make on my card, etc etc via multiple links / platforms while receiving instruction on Bookings message center; and once the registration is successful, the arrival and departure instructions are at another URL… The reps I communicated with clearly can not see how a complicated experience they have created for their customers; they kept explaining it is the standard process and it was designed for customer security. Well, it is a poor customer journey, certainly not easy for one who is traveling. I hope the management team can redesign the process, integrate multiple platforms, reduce info requested (eg email of every guest), and, simplify the text communications to customers - simply by shortening the sentences.

Location is quite central. Rooms are spacious. Plenty of storage space. Two queen size beds. Washer and Dryer in the bathroom behind separate doors (low noise level).

It was hard to get our keys, and there was not an easy to bring our things upstairs. A baggage cart would have been convenient. But other than that, we loved the place. Thank you

You should now be aware that we found a used condom under one of the beds, it was taken care of. One of the beds had a bit of a dip in the middle making it uncomfortable.

Location and staff who helped us navigate entering the building and finding the correct room which had been changed. I had not seen the email.

This is not a hotel!! It is considered a short-term rental and non refundable. You need to submit a copy of your driver's license along with the credit card used to pay for the room. In addition, They asked you to verify a small charge on your credit card to confirm card. There is a required $500 security deposit. None of this information is listed in the description.

Great location! Nice size apartment. Close to Beale Street and the museums restaurants and park.

Service or response is not immediate, if something is needed. There's a corporate customer service number to get assistance with requests. I needed to have the batteries on the TV remote replaced. I was disappointed that I had to wait until the following day to have somebody come by to replace batteries. Remote is most used item in a hotel room, and not to have replacement batteries was frustrating. While most of the apartment was clean, the windows were a dusty. This should not be since there's a $105 charge for cleaning. There was no onsite parking available.

Nice building. Apartment provided ample space and comfort. The location of the apartment was advantageous for easy access to river boats, Main Street Mall, Beale St and some other downtown sites. Good downtown neighborhood. Washing machine.

Check in process was complicated and we needed assistance from customer care who was very helpful. The validation process was strange as they asked for photos of credit card (with numbers blurred out). There should be more appropriate ways to validate.

I absolutely did not like the booking system. I kept getting asked to fill out forms repeatedly. It needs an overhaul!
