The only dislike was the pool closed at 10:30pm. After visiting Universal all day, the kids really wanted longer time in the pool!

The location of the apartment was convenient to Universal, Seaworld and International drive. Apartment was really nice with a lot of space.

The location was great. the apartment was spacious and had all sorts of extras to make our stay easier… like a stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. customer service was friendly and prompt.

The price upon booking is very misleading. States that the room is $199 on the website but my card was charged $598. I knew there was a refundable damage charge (which I havent recieved), so I thought that I had been charged that. Nope. There is $398 in hidden fees that is charged to you without you knowing which includes cleaning and some other taxes and fees. I would have never booked had i have known that and since it was nonrefundable i had no choice but to pay the additional $310 damage fee on top of the $598. Almost $1,000 for less then 24 hrs. Very steep pricing for a single mom. No breakfast included and if we showered we had to wash and dry our own towels?! Quite disappointed.

The location was good as it was close to the attraction we were in orlando to visit. The lady I dealt with was friendly and quick to respond to my questions.

It could have gone smoother with a little more knowledge pre-hand on the agreement and associated requirements plus need for deposit through paypal. Cleaning fee , plus other fee added to quite a bit above the raw quote shown on booking.com Still decent value given that more adults and/or kids can fit into the unit.

Fantastic location! Close driving access to all theme parks (Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney World). And the room space and decor was superb! Comfy beds. Large bathrooms. Full kitchen. Very close to a Walgreens and a fantastic breakfast/lunch restaurant called Moma’s. I will definitely stay here again. Well worth it!

If you are going to charge me for the PayPal fee for my $300 deposit, tell me in advance. The website says the deposit will be paid back IN FULL and it wasn't. Also, the kitchen didn't have any paper towels available which was very inconvenient.

In most short term rentals basics like garbage bags, toilet paper, and soaps are included, only one roll of TP and small bar of soap per bathroom and you are expected to purchase any additional you may need. Same with garbage bags, luckily there is a Walgreens a short walk to get these items (but smallest box was 50 bags). The seating in this apartment is not very comfortable if you have any knee or back issues, all chairs are either high or higher and couches are low and soft.

The keys were in a lock box next to the door. They also had extra keys inside the apartment. The size of the apartment was very comfortable for six adults. Beds were comfortable. The patio was a nice place to eat or sit in the mornings. Plenty of parking during our visit. Very close to the Orange Convention Center and plenty of tourist places. Short walk to restaurants (Small Cakes was the best) and a Walgreens.

This place was perfect for my family trip to the theme parks. We brought our kids; 8, 12 and 16 yrs old and my aging parents. They loved being able to leave the parks to go swimming when it got hot. We loved that we were in a full house and we could all sleep comfortably, relax at the TV, eat a meal together and even do laundry. The condo has nice finishes and feels spacious with high ceilings and large rooms.

The key cards to the pool wouldn’t work and there was a spot on the floor that needed fixed bc it was sharp. We had to keep covering it up with the rug so that no one stepped on it
