Felt like a normal room. It was a connected room.

The bed was really comfortable. The balcony was nice. The beignets were better then Cafe De Monde.

Elevator frequently down to 1 if housekeeping using (I counted at least 80-100 rooms across 4 or more floors with a slow elevator. Insufficient. Staff, while friendly, seemed overwhelmed by even simple tasks. Housekeeping essentially made the bed but didn't so much a fold a shirt on the floor. Front desk forgot to call valet for our car prior to checkout - 15+ minute delay on our way out. Didn't even seem understaffed, but rather poorly trained.

Location is unbeatable. Attractive outdoor courtyard. Rooms fine albeit a little outdated/90s feeling but on the whole ok.

I paid about $1500 for three nights in room 431, and I didn’t feel it was worth the money. While I didn’t bring my tape measure, I am quite sure the room was smaller than advertised, and the layout was uncomfortable. There was no desk or chair. The only place to sit was on the bed. The fire alarm is right outside the bathroom, and it went off once per day due to the steam from the shower (there was no fan to mitigate this). While I was pleased to find a bathrobe was provided, it was removed during cleaning and not replaced. Neither of our keys worked on Day 2, and we learned that the hotel had not booked us correctly. The only USB ports were not conveniently placed, and they did not work. You can’t cast anything to the TV, nor can you connect with an HDMI cable, so there is no way to stream anything. For the amount of money, I would expect up to date technology and enough room for a place to sit and work.

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to anything we wanted to do. It was far enough from Bourbon Street that it wasn’t too noisy. The courtyard is also lovely.

The room had a certain moldy smell to it. There were not enough hooks or racks for towels in the bathroom.

The location was perfect. We could easily walk to most of the places we wanted to see, or spend time in.

This is not the place for your ordinary traveler. This is a place for the young and happening crowd that does not need everyday necessities (such as a vending machine, regular coffee, lighting so that you can apply makeup, a shower that actually gets you wet, etc)

They didn’t have the right room - we had booked two beds and they only had a room with one for the first night. We asked for housekeeping three times to make the room up another night including thru the front desk and nobody did it. We ordered dinner and a steak with nothing on it and it came out as the menu covered in things.

The restaurant food was good when they got the order right. Some of the staff were helpful.

Really couldn't find anything that we didn't like, unless you count the drinks at the bar stopping around 10 pm, but that's really only minor. The only other thing would be clean the bird droppings off the couches up on the higher level.

My daughter and I definitely like how cool and eclectic the hotel was, from the cool lights in the drive area and the look of the reception area when you walked in. Our room was super cool with the neat paintings covering one side of the room over the beds/ The hallways were very cool as well and all the staff was super nice and friendly.

the staff was amazing and the courtyard is gorgeous! I am from New Orleans but currently live out of state. My husband and I got married in the French quarter and chose to have our family and wedding party stay here. The staff was beyond accommodating and helped me show my friends and family from the PNW a great time in my home city!

Asked for a room switch and was accommodated despite the busy season, staff was super helpful moving our bags and getting the new room ready. Stepped out for dinner and came back, new room was ready and perfect

That you do not advertise that the kitchen is closed on certain days of the week ! That I couldn’t get the breakfast for the breakfast rate I paid for , that the staff told me there was no food Why don’t you say it on the website ? Even further BOOKING.COM why don’t you say it on your travel site - your own booking site? With kids and being in the French quarter it’s hard to find food period Now if there’s no room service and the children are hungry ? I think you should be more informative as should they , however I booked with you ! Tell me what I’m getting into so I plan accordingly,

Doesn’t live up to the quality of other W hotels round the world. The hotel looked old, despite being new. The rooms were dingy. The breakfast options were almost non-existent. The outside area is disappointing (the pictures make it look much better than it is). Finally it is extremely expensive for what it is - very poor value for money.

our room was dirty, from spots on the carpet, to dirty spots in the shower, the heater worked poorly, the place is in desperate need of a face lift. chipped paint, ripped upholstery, dirty looking bathroom floor tile.
