Attention to detail and small maintenance items. The cleanliness of the facility. My expectations for staying at the W were not met. The rooms were spectacular but little items were not working properly like the door knob, toilet constantly running, phone system, tv malfunction, visible tv wires etc.

There was no way we could use the pool with what was going on in there. To each his own, but I would never want to be close to that kind of behavior. What a disappointment in your hotel!

So we booked this hotel specifically for the wonderful pool. When we arrived on Friday evening, we found the pool looked like a porno movie site. We had no idea the pool was a site for a Pride gay convention gathering. We learned later that these folks were not even guests at the hotel and they took over the pool from paying family minded guests. I understand that your hotel probably made more profits at the expense of your hotel guests. I think you should have warned your guests what to expect….

I had never stayed at a W and I probably never will I had upgraded the room for city views when I checked in they asked me if I wanted to upgrade again for another $40 which I did when we got to the room the toilet had poop stains on it had to call so they could come and clean it that really was gross after that the chair in the room was lopsided and stained the bed was not comfortable and the pillows felt like they had not been changed in years the Ice machine wasn’t working had to go to a different floor just to get some it’s sad to say but it just left a bad taste taste in my mouth when I walked in the hotel the Lobby it was gorgeous and lavish I couldn’t wait to get to my room the staff was great I was so disappointed when I got to the room

The staff was amazing upon check in . Ebony at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable not just with the hotel but with the restaurants in the area and things for my fiancé and I to do. Very pleasant demeanor.

The parking was the only thing we didn’t like , especially the Mike Epps tour the area was super packed. We could do valet parking until later on that night .
