The bathroom in our room was very small and lacked counter space. The TV was quite small as well and not even HD. The office was unstaffed when we left at 9:10 a.m. - this was not really a problem, just unexpected.

The beach view from the balcony was wonderful! Our room was HUGE and we liked the funky vintage decor. The bed was quite comfortable. It was quiet and peaceful. We also appreciated the low, off-season rate.

We’ve stayed here several times now. It’s got a nice variety of rooms; great views; and close enough to everything but not too close. Easy beach access; great pool.

The downside for my wife and I was the parking. The spaces are too tight if you are able to park at the motel so watch out for possible door dings "especially" if you have a large car. They lack the car space to hold all rooms so we were given a Wildwood Crest "Metered" parking pass and were able to park anywhere near the motel we wanted. This is given to you based upon the room you book. The only problem we had with the "Metered" parking was during the Labor Day weekend as most of the parking spaces were taken up and we couldn't find a spot anywhere near the motel. Luckily the front desk person allowed us to park onsite for the day due to the circumstances as there were some parking spots unused at that time.

6th floor room was big with 2 king size beds. Balcony view was excellent to see ocean and pool. Staff was excellent especially the friendly maids! This was our first time staying here and the top floor restaurant breakfast food was very delicious. The sausage was so tasty, wish I could find it back in New York!, the eggs were done just as I asked, and the hash browns were perfect, not the greasy kind you find at other places. The coffee was also very good. This was so convenient. This motel was super close to getting to the beach and the heated pool was pristine! Yup, better than any we have swam in before in Wildwood Crest over many years that we have been here. The elevator was a huge help to the 6th floor.

Restaurant should be open longer you would have made more money from me. Staff didn’t talk to me much. No bathroom near pool.

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Staff was friendly, room was nice, the view was very enjoyable… just wish my stay was longer. Wanted to experience a stay in Wildwood Crest and the hotel made that even more enjoyable!

There was urine in our toilet upon arrival to our room. We used wipes to clean up the seat, just in case. The wash clothes and towels were very stained.

The staff were super nice! We had good parking and a great view of the ocean!

The Parking should be assigned to an individual car instead of it being a first come first serve basis. That way people can park adequately and not between the lines. There should be a way to contact services when a car is parked in between the lines so that they can do something about the situation, so that people who are staying there have a spot to park.

Location was superb due to the fact that it was within walking distance to the beach. Rooms were comfy and the beach was very good overall.

Very expensive. At this price point there could have been more amenities at least (free coffee, breakfast included etc).

There was no scour pad on kitchen sink! The Refrigerator was dirty, on Top and Side! One of the pillow had a visible spot! Bed-spreads do not appeared to have changed, or changed during our stay! The Car Parking space were too close! Breakfast was not included.

Ms. Angie, who reported on arrival, that there is no electricity! Two Rooms next to each other. Ms. Merlin provided Receipts on request. The other women helped to resolve Bath Tub problem.

No phone, had to ask for hair dryer, paper products and toiletries were low grade…parking was very tight (when available). Maid service was very good and location was very nice.

On site they have vending machines but no coffee or tea. Restaurant is only open 7:30-2. So with a 3pm check in you are on your own to find food and drinks. Also the pool is open 10-8pm. I would have liked a morning swim or even an evening swim but couldn’t.

So close to the beach. On site amenities are minimal but the bbq deck was lively and they seemed to enjoy music and sounded like Karaoke.

The lady at the front desk was rude rude rude ( older women short white ) . She’s been there for years and every time I stay it’s a different horrible experience. If I didn’t like how nice the hotel was and all it has to offer I would never go . I’m not one to be negative or get someone in trouble but a class in customer service would do wonders . I can’t imagine I’m the first one to say something . Ug !!

Rooms are clean . Pool is so nice . Views love !! Close to the beach , boardwalk all the fun all close by .
