The only downside, and it’s a small thing, my door to my room had a rather large gap at the bottom which come the evenings and mornings made it quite loud

The property is located in great part of town to get from place to place. All the bell hops and shuttle drivers (me James, mr Charles, Mr Norman, mr clay) were all great in giving their advice on places to visit as well as giving a great service. The bar/restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Tomika, Mark, Brandon, Rebecca and all those i met during the stay made it just that little bit more homely. Great place for business travellers.

Bathroom sink faucet needed attention; water sprayed out when running. Breakfast seating and service were very slow. A billing discrepancy I called about several times has never been resolved.

We were not told about the $15 per night parking nor the fact that they were going to make a $50 charge against our credit card. We went to breakfast one hour before we needed to leave. it took a long time to take our order and our breakfast didn't arrive until 45 minutes after our initial arrival, so we were very rushed to finish

The bar tender was great! The Halloween dinner was wayyy too expensive & not very good to cost so much $270 for 2 meals. The hotel still needs updating. TV was difficult to operate. But overall it was a nice experience ☺️

housekeeping was not up to standard, room was never made before 15:00 in the afternoon, twice coffee and amenities were not replenished- we booked all inclusive rate with breakfast- we’re offered $112 per day for 4 people by the hotel to contribute to breakfast while cheapest breakfast is $7.99 at the hotel, only managed to sort it out the second day with the hotel management. parking was $15 per day which was kot clearly stated on Booking.com

The room was a little small. No seating in room except for the bed. Updates needed.

I loved having a great restaurant as part of the hotel so we did not have to travel to one. The outdoor area was fantastic. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Attentive and well trained servers would be helpful. The place seemed short handed. Downstairs where there is free tea and coffee was not restocked, and when I asked it was oh we ran out

I had two breakfasts there. The first one the order was not taken correctly and the eggs came back over cooked, it was also greasy and the potatoes were stale tasting. The other meal was fresh fruit, it was excellent. I also ordered tea and the server seemed new to her job.

The bed it self was lopsided. The door to the balcony was weather beat that had spaces in it that caused insects to come in. In which a water bug did come in. The shower was so small you could just barely turn around in it. I'm 5'8 at 190 and my elbows could literally reach from corner to corner. The espresso machine was broken we did figure it out to make us hot water for my personal tea as well as coffee. For the price I expected better. Not to mention you have to carry your luggage do to the fact that the stairs are on the floor where theirs no elevator access.
