The room was clean, smelled nice. I also liked that the rooms were across from one another. Laundry facilities in the room were also convenient.

Not a huge issue, however, there were limited towels and wash cloths available as we had to use a towel for a bath mat. Also, not all the restrooms had hand soap.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a place with 2 separate bedrooms. And it didn’t disappoint. It was nice and clean. There were even tv’s in each bedroom and in the main area! I recommended this property to my family who hadn’t booked a hotel yet. And they were very pleased also.

The coffee maker in the room didn't work, and the clock/radio by the bed didn't work, though I didn't really need it anyway. There were burn marks on the kitchen formica, left by inept guests who didn't use the hotel-supplied hotpads when they took hot pans off the burners. But I don't blame the hotel. You can't expect the hotel to replace kitchen counters every time a guest does something dumb.

There had been an obvious water leak in the ceiling above the kitchen sink and it had a patch of black mold. The cleaning people did not vacuum under the seat cushions, so there was popcorn there and a sock discovered from previous guests.

Our room was not ready, so we were upgraded to a room that had an office setup in the 2nd bedroom. It was perfect as I'm an early riser and used it to be productive while on vacation. And it was on the 1st floor so coming, going and getting drink amenities was super easy.

-the gym description was misleading since there isn't a gym onsite, only passes -an extra blanket or roll out cot would serve well for bringing 2 adult children since the couch is small

The only thing was we had trouble getting thru the gate at night, but luckily someone was behind us that helped us with the process. It wasn't made clear how to get in the gates. But for us this was minor.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Friendly staff, clean, close to everything we wanted to do. For the value it would be hard to beat. First time staying in this type of apt setting, wish this was offered in every bigger town we travel too. I can't find fault with anything.

We were all looking forward after long days to watch a little tv before bed & none of the cable boxes worked, that was disappointing.

Easy to check in. Place was clean & had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds & Great water pressure in showers. Short walk towards the Riverwalk.

Having a kitchen and laundry in the apartment was so convenient. It was all the comfort of home, at a price our family could afford. Husband liked the gym.

The gate with code that not provide when I came, i must call anytime I stayed there for front desk open the gate. I stayed there 3 times.

This was a full apartment that had everything we needed. We stayed here in the middle of a 10 day road trip, so it was awesome to have a washer and dryer in the kitchen to do our clothes! We were also able to prepare sandwiches for the road. The place was very clean and comfortable. Location by the river was nice. We’d definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

bathroom light broke but was quickly fixed

location near the river and the facilities in the apartment were perfect for our stay. The staff were very helpful when the bathroom light broke and quickly sorted this out with maintenance who were very polite and efficient at fixing the problem
