How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Back corner of property wasn’t as well illuminated near dumpster.
The property checked most of my boxes. Like location ability to enter and exit at multiple locations. All needs covered in room. Very pet friendly!🤩

Our only complaint was the outside traffic noise.

We were so pleased with the staff and comfort of this hotel. I have three children who live in Alabama and this hotel was the absolute best location to be able to see all three of them. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

It’s further away from the downtown area than I had hoped but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.
The kitchenette was fully equipped and the room was clean. The space and rocket center wasn’t too far from the hotel and there were plenty of food options in the area.

I went to a comedy show that served food. I brought the leftovers back but forgot something to drink. I knew they had drinks there. What I didn't know is the price of my 20oz Sprite would cost me $4.56. I will remember to bring my own or buy from a convenience store next time.
The stay was great. It felt homey like a small apartment.

This is a fairly new hotel/lodge and it is very clean and comfortable. The room I booked had full-sized refrigerator, washer & dryer (stackable), and dishwasher. I stayed for a full week and was able to easily extend my stay for a few more days. My room was 1 king bed, with small kitchen, desk & chair, and a couch. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area and you can even have ‘Instacart’ deliver you groceries. I would definitely book here again. Home away from home!

Can't think of anything.
Didn't have breakfast, don't believe it was offered. Though I didn't make use of the dishwasher or washer and dryer, it blew my mind that they were available. Loved the big fridge and microwave.

I liked the proximity of the site to where I was visiting. It’s close to several stores and restaurants. While it is close to the above mentioned, it’s tucked away.

They don't serve breakfast, which I'm used to when I stay at a hotel, but I much prefer staying here and getting my own breakfast.
I like the privacy, the newness of the property, location and enjoyed having a full kitchen and a washer/dryer in the room. It's also very quiet.

This location was centrally located for shopping and entertainment in the city. The room was modern, comfortable, clean, cozy, and the lobby / gathering area was great, too.

When the people above me walked it sound like they were stomping. The noise from the highway was pretty loud. I wish they would’ve had a continental breakfast. Woke up the next morning and had tortillas on the hood of my car.
Brand new facility. Very clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Towels were nice and thick. Love the full-size kitchen and washer and dryer. Love the balcony.

AC temperature is limited to 66 degrees and turns off can't have constant cold air circulating. also no fans available at hotel to jeep that air moving.
Excellent service from staff members. but notably on 03/18 my wife called the morning maintenance man to come look at the AC unit in room 135. The unit was broken so he replaced the unit. He also went to walmart and picked up a box fan for my wife so she would have air circulating in the room as she slept. I don't have his name but I would like to thank him for the excellent service he provided he went above and beyond.
