We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Perfect location just outside of the twin cities. We chose this because of the spacious suite / room to move, make a quick meal, etc…Not only a great price, but super modern, quiet and comfortable.

United StatesThe fact that's the only store by us was a gas station Speedway and we don't have a car atm so made it difficult for us to get arond.
Our room was like a small apartment. Perfect for my boyfriend and I. Also the washer and dryer in the unit was such a plus. Very clean and comfortable. The staff and GM, were very friendly and so understanding to our situation. Highly recommended.

United StatesHow the lady working the night shift I really don't care to hear about nobody else's business how people I do not even know maybe get extra bodies to help cover what the lady was complaining about that she had to do
It's a beautiful hotel I never got a chance to grill the lady at the front desk I asked her about grilling but she never tell me what all I need to be able to grill you know like instructions or was I able to just go out there and Grill I never got a response but the morning shift and the young lady that was there when I checked in they is awesome

United StatesStaff told us they could do something, then backtracked. It ended up working out in the end, but was a little frustrating. The overall feel of our room was cheap- doors were thin, could hear upstairs neighbors, bed was small. It didn’t feel like a typical hotel. There was also mold on our shower curtain.
The location is nice. Staff were nice to us. It was overall a pretty clean place. The pillows were nice on the bed.

TurkeyThe layout of the apartment was very comfortable and the location worked very well for us because we had a car. On the other hand, the apartments need a more detailed cleaning. The sofa was smelly and when I moved the seat pillow, I realised there was somedirty stuff and food remains from previous guests. The bathroom doors had finger prints. Some of the dishes, especially the forks and spoons were not clean, we washed everything before we used them. The dishwasher was not working but it was fixed as soon as we asked it to be fixed. The sheets and towels were clean and new. I would stay again because the location works well for us and the kind of accomodation is great for long stays.

United StatesThe shower was broken/unusable. The coffee machine had metal filings in it and was filthy. I must have been there on garbage day. There were bags of garbage sitting in the foyer the evening we arrived (11pm). There was a corporate meeting in the common coffee area.
The people working the front desk were very pleasant but there wasn't anybody working in the earlier morning or later evening hours.

United StatesSmelled like a dog pee’d all over the room and it turns out that’s exactly what it was. Ended up having to clean the bathroom myself since staff wasn’t at the front desk when I went down there (nor did they answer the phone when I called). Found that the rug was giving off most of the smell, and instead of just putting it in the hallway for everyone to smell it, I decided to at least run some water through it before I did and instantly regretted it because it made the problem worse (and of course it was disgusting). The next hour was spent using my own products to clean and get the room free of that smell while I still couldn’t get anyone to help me. Reported it at the front desk in the morning OVER THE PHONE because nobody was at the front desk ..still.
