I didn't like having to leave to come home.

Our stay at The Waterway was absolutely phenomenal. Robert and Zack were the most gracious hosts and took excellent care of us throughout our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The home and decor are absolutely stunning. Every corner of the space exudes elegance and charm. Our room was immaculate, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking. Waking up to the serene beauty of the waterway was truly a treat for the senses. If you're looking for a place to relax and unwind, The Waterway is the perfect choice. The peaceful ambiance and picturesque surroundings make it an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We can't recommend The Waterway highly enough and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you, Robert and Zack, for providing us with such a memorable experience. Breakfast was nice every day and Zack made great omelettes and waffles... and I already miss the Coffee that Rob made willingly and happily every morning. It's fantastic. Pool and outside areas was awesome and great 1st few days when weather was nice. Comfortable beds, everything we needed was there as far as toiletries... Really enjoyable place to stay and would recommend it for anyone who wants quick access to Downtown Charleston (20 minute drive) but also have access to the nearby islands (35 - 45 minute drive). Highly recommended.

Rob has a truely beautiful house in a stunning location. Both Rob and Zach are exceptional hosts. We relaxed by the pool after a long drive having a most engaging conversation with Rob. Breakfasts are a sight to behold, Zach works his magic - the best breakfasts in Charleston topped off with Rob's Coffee. Waterway is a treasure.

Everything. My wife and I travel a lot. This B&B is near the top of the list of places we have stayed. The owners were gracious, hospitable, and helpful. The home is spectacular with incredible views. Personalized breakfast, made to order, with wine flowing in the afternoon / evenings. Book this place. You will love it

Amazing location directly on the river, in a beautiful area only 10 minutes from downtown Charleston. Zack was very kind and he gave us perfect suggestions (restaurant, parking, beach...) to live Charleston like a local. The Suite was very spacious and clean with a terrace with beautiful view on the river. High quality breakfast. If you are looking for a place where discover the Southern charm, Waterway is definitely the perfect location.
