Wish the restaurant was open. Ice machine doesn’t work and have to walk a mile to get a functioning one.

My reservation was not on file when I arrived. There was an event Saturday night & we could hear the music until midnight. No exhaust fans in the bathroom.

There were some stray hairs in the bathroom that did not match anyone staying in the room. The parking was a bit confusing and not well explained by the reception staff. The staff also did not tell us breakfast was available. We found out by accident.

Breakfast had a variety of selections for food and the coffee was good. The staff member in the breakfast area was friendly and welcoming. It was a good location for us to visit friends. The room was adequate size and the bed was very comfortable.

Views will be better once downtown redevelopment is complete, but for now, just looking at the demolished mall was unsatisfactory. Overall, rooms weren’t anything special for the price, but the bed was comfortable. Pool facilities a little small

Front desk seemed a bit overwhelmed by the many visitors arriving at the same time.

We visited Wausau for the marathon. This hotel is centrally located with wonderful dining and shopping adjacent. We enjoyed the town and people we met throughout the weekend. Free parking was a plus.

What the problem was was dealing with Booking dot com. I called the facility the day I was scheduled to arrive to find out they did not have a room for me. They stated that booking .com always does that: “booking rooms that are not available.” They offered me a handicap room and I took it. They had 2 weddings that evening that were booked a long time ago along with rooms. Therefore I knew they were telling me the truth. Will not use Booking .com again

I like the Jefferson Street Inn and have stayed there many times. I wish the restaurant would open ; but I don’t think it will happen.

The room we stayed in could use updating. Also, we were on the fifth floor. When we had to let our dog out to pee, it was fine, but it's a little bit of a hassle to get back to that floor going out. Finally, it was rainy, so it was unfortunate that the hotel restaurant was out of commission.

The location was great. The pet friendliness was awesome. The QR code to area restaurant's menus was a helpful touch. I was happy that there was a tiny fitness room.

At least empty trash and give fresh towels, restock coffee supplies when we are out of the room? Difficult times I know.

Room was well appointed. No housekeeping during our stay with COVID, so I understand but we had to ask for everything each day. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Location was excellent! Close to activities and restaurants. I would stay again.

Had a good breakfast though their website said they weren't running it. We found it by accident and even though it was closed by then they let us in so I was happy about that The location in the middle of the city was excellent

The breakfast. Nothing was being refilled often enough. Coffee was always empty in the breakfast room and lobby too. Oatmeal packs weren't being added either. Muffins were always gone.

Getting to the fifth floor needing to use two elevators. Then room at end of hall. We are senior citizens and that was a lot of walking.

Breakfast was only served from 7-9 am. No coffee available after now in the lobby. Most of our party, 15 rooms did not get any food or coffee. The hours of breakfast should be longer especially when you have a noon checkout time.
