When I asked an employee what would they recommend to do in the area, she wasn’t sure how to answer. Maybe creating a list of activities your employees can read from would be helpful for people visiting your beautiful city.

Everyone was kind and the building is beautiful and clean. There is plenty of free parking. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable and very clean. The building did have the feeling of being 2 centuries into the past. Thank you for this experience.

Rug was stained, some tile missing in bathroom floor. We had the do not disturb sign on the door, but they still came in.

Advertised on social media that there was breakfast. In fact, asked about it and the restaurant hostess said it started at 7 am. Sign on door advertised it, but door was locked to the breakfast room and no one there. When we left at 7:30 am no one at desk and entrance was locked so we had to exit a night time door.

Hotel staff availability could have been better. You had to call them and wait for service.

This is a one-of-a-kind old hotel with character. Breakfast was simple and just fine.

The air conditioner would not come on and it was very hot and uncomfortable in our room the morning that we left. Also there was no water pressure in our shower and the water was Luke warm in the shower and then got cold and never got hot again also on the day that we left.

The bathroom is quite small.Though it was clean I would bleach & scrub the floor. No one was around when I left Memorial Day morning, no breakfast :( Road noise, bring ear plugs.

A level of elegance. Coffee available on 2nd floor. My first day breakfast was adequate. Glad to see a Gideon Bible in the nite stand. The indoor / outdoor patios are nice. I heard little hallway talking and nothing from other rooms.

Breakfast was listed as part of booking. No breakfast, no notes, no AM staff, no idea. We were told the key card would allow us back in building if we went out but they did not work (one of us stayed inside just in case). All the doors but the night door were locked. Since there was not a single person staffing the building in the morning, we packed up and left...hungry. The previous night, an extra room was booked for "an event". They took all the parking near so we parked in overflow across the street and down the block. Nicer if the overnight guest could park near the doors so dragging luggage about is easier.

You took my full payment of $374.07 and then only gave the Waynebrook Inn $253.08. Thus causing them to require an additional payment of $119.81. You owe me $119.81. This is a theft of your customers money. I have reported you to PayPal and filed a claim/complaint with your customer service department.

This is a old building and still dated inside but there is nothing wrong with that as long as your not a picky person and dont mind old farm house noises.

It is a nice clean facility and friendly kind staff.

No one was around when we tried to check out. No breakfast served in the restaurant.

Beautiful whirlpool tub. Beautiful antiques in the room added a classic touch. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Very romantic getaway. Great place for a couple to unwind together and spend time together in a private setting. Great honeymoon destination or anniversary spot. Not sure how busy weekends are, but off season, this place gave my wife and I a private and discreet location to spend time together as a couple.

The chamber maid left me a mean note

When I arrived, mu first room had a serious leak from the AC as it was very warm. The staff quickly moved me to a King Suite and it was very comfortable-more room than I needed but nonetheless appreciated. it was nice to have the in house restaurant and the burger was delicious.
