The dining area was good but it was overpacked with tables and chairs. There was very little room around the tables and chairs. It worked and it does allow for more people but it felt a little cramp.

The staff was great. We had a late arrival time and the staff called us to check on us and made sure we were still coming. They had everything ready for us when we did arrive. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker, and even cereal and fruit. I loved most about this place was its location. It was not on the main Branson road. It was off the main main road but still on a major side road. I was able to leave my hotel parking lot without all of the traffic on the main road and get anywhere I wanted. I will stay here again in the future.

I booked a hotel for 2 nights with breakfast included, which was stated on the website, but in fact they don’t serve breakfast until March 15, since it’s a slow tourist season. Because of this, we had to drive to café and had to pay an additional $100 for 2 breakfasts for my family . If I had known that there were no breakfasts, I would have booked another hotel. They should mention it or make a partial refund due to inconvenience.

Very involved and friendly receptionist. Told me a lot about Branson and what to somewhere is nearest café and restaurant. Free parking, good location. Nice, clean.

The beds are beyond firm into the realm of hard so if you like that it works. We have issues with hard beds. A better way to block the light from the parking lot would have helped as well.

Everyone was quite helpful and nice. The rooms were clean but very basic. We were surprised there were no usb outlets anywhere in the room. One or two of those would have been nice. Otherwise, it was fine. Especially considering the price. We were only there for one night.

Carpet in the room was about average for motels, not bad though, carpet in common areas could use a cleaning. No fan in bathroom.

The hotel was older but had been updated. Clean. Comfy. The beds had protection with a bedbug cover, mattress pad and sheet. I always check for signs of bedbugs, NONE, and the sheets and blankets were pristine white. Great value.

This is not a 4 star hotel, but we didn't expect it to be. It served the purpose for what we needed and we would stay there again. It's situated on a hill, so parking in the back requires an elevator or stairs to get to the room.

Our floor was dirty when we arrived and I had to ask them to clean it, they came up with paper towels and a spray bottle. The bed made a loud noise every time you sat down and got up. Chairs in room was very uncomfortable . Not worth the money I was charged.

I like having a hot tub in the room. The air was nice and cold, the staff were nice, breakfast was good.
