We reserved months ago following a huge work event. Knowing we would be exhausted, we requested a 3rd floor Villa facing the pool. We were told that due to reservations and the lengths of people's reservations coming into the Memorial Weekend, it wasn't available. Unfortunately, we got on the 2nd floor at the furthest end not facing the pool, but facing a construction zone. This visit, we were placed next door to a family with 3 very loud children screaming, yelling and playing at full voice and we were on a R & R trip, ready to sleep and catch up on rest. THIS WASN'T GOING TO WORK. The front desk was great to relocate us to the only Villa left, first Villa on 1st floor, right next to the stairwell facing the parking lot (can't leave our window open at night or leave things on the patio). Although quiet in terms of voices, we heard the door slam shut our whole stay, all through the day, until people were settled in at night. As much as I don't like the first floor, it was better than being next to loud children. SUGGESTION: Come up with a way to noise proof the rooms (walls, doors, and floors/ceilings).

We love this property! The one bedroom Villa is wonderful! The pool/hot tubs are awesome. The gym is perfect. It's our go-to. We prefer the 3rd floor facing the pool with a private deck. If only!

Absolutely everything. From Liam greeting us at the concierge desk to check in with the sweetest young lady to Leo giving us the vip treatment at the lounge. The room was clean large and well layered out. Everything you need is there. The bed was super comfy, the AC was cold & the blackout curtains were perfect. Great nights sleep. We will be back.

It was a beautiful property and the villa was amazing. No complaints.

We didn’t have breakfast here, as there weren’t that many options and everything is pre-made and heated for you. However, they did look good! Just wanted to see the sights and chose not to eat there.

There is no included breakfast at this location and the restaurant/bar on site only has a very limited bar food menu. They do have a shuttle that will take you into town to find a place to eat, and you will need to take the shuttle, since parking in town is at a premium. You have to reserve the shuttle ahead of time at the front desk, so you will have to plan ahead. Overall the service is great, so these were minor issues, nothing major.

The rooms are very nicely furnished, the staff is very helpful, the pools and hot tubs are great. Private bedroom in the suite is a nice benefit, especially if you are on vacation with kids. Rooms have a nice balcony with seating area and mountain views. It's not in town, but is convenient/close to town and has a shuttle to take tou to town.

Food on the property isn't worth it. Go out to eat somewhere instead.

Close 5-10 minutes shuttle to the ski lifts and hot jacuzzi to were the best. Easy ski rental inside the property was great as well.

Not much! But hot tub water level seemed low.

Free shuttle service to ski slopes and downtown Breckenridge was nice. Room had washer and dryer which was useful for a ski trip. Staff was wonderful, ski valet was great. Restaurant does not offer much for breakfast nor dinner but there are a plethora of wonderful dining options in Breck, plus you could stock the kitchen with some essentials.

TV didn’t work most of the time, staff said because of snow? The fan on the heating/cooling unit ran 24 hrs a day. Hair dryer did not work ( not a big deal ). Check in and check out time unusually late and early to leave!

Nothing major to note. But a couple of things they can improve like the frequency of the shuttle service and provide storage for ski equipment at lobby area so we don’t have to lug it every day from our rooms. We along with other families we travel with in a different unit had issues with our toasters, which they promptly replaced but I think there is a fundamental issue with the type of toasters they use that led to tripped power outlets several times.

The modern condo unit style allows you to relax after a morning of skiing and able to cook your own food without dealing with the waits at restaurants at the small town. It’s especially nice for families with kids as they can mingle in the unit and the WiFi there is very good so kids are happy. It’s close by the mountain with shuttle service. We all love the heated pools and hot tubs. All the staffs are lovely, from front desk to shuttle drivers to cleaners.

The rooms were small, especially for the cost of a room. The beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped considering the cost of a room.
