A gorgeous hotel located within billionaire’s row. Central Park and Rockefeller Center are within walking distance. The customer service was exceptional.

It would have been nice to have a restaurant or bar inside the hotel. Same goes for room service - especially when we were first getting over the jet lag and woke up hungry at 3am.

Most of the staff were lovely - especially Jonathan and Julius and the guys at the door. The location of the hotel was amazing. Everything was in easy walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Location is very busy, run down, full of scaffolding and next to construction site.

You can hear a lot of noise but it comes through the AC vent, oddly. Also, they were doing work on the air conditioning system, but they did not notify the hotel guests. In the future, whether it’s planned or unplanned, that is important.

The staff was beyond welcoming. The red hair beautiful lady, sorry can’t recall name was so attentive. The gentlemen at the entrance same story. In the morning when I had to leave for a conference my Uber decided that because it was raining my rate needed to go up. I don’t realize that because I did not confirm they were not coming for me. I was desperate as I knew it was getting late. One of the guys whose name starts with an O got an umbrella walked me to the adjacent Avenue and in the rain got me a cab. Held the door until I was in (I had not cash for tip) Later when he saw me he asked me if I had made it on time. Then proceeded to tell me about area restaurants. I later gave him a nice tip. This guy made my day better! Thank you to all of you. It’s the small things that make a difference

Unbelievably comfortable bedding. I find this true of all Hilton's. The staff is very welcoming and warm. Cheryl was especially nice in helping me assign my Room. Also I felt that they cared because I was Hilton honors member and staying 7 nights. I appreciate they have several people in the lobby staff, as it feels safe. Very generous with amenities. Love the coffee maker in the Room and refrigerator. Slept incredibly well. Also appreciate windows you can Open in your Room for fresh air.

Terrible wifi - my phone couldn’t catch the wifi during my whole stay. Upon speaking to receptionist, he said iPhones don’t pair well with their WiFi. Well please do something about it!!! I’m not the only international traveler with an iPhone! I won’t stay here again until this issue has been fixed.

the ‘standard view’ room is a room with views of brick walls and other people’s windows - only sky available is straight up. Zero view of anything remotely associated with NYC as far as a visitor would be concerned - no skyline, no city street, no Central Park - no nothing. preposterous to sell this room as ‘standard’ and fail to mention that the view is of another buildings facade.
