You advertise toasters in the room. There was none in my room. Last time I stayed here there was a recliner in the room. That's gone too. Could have used one.

Too much construction around motel. Access was challenging. Location was easy, but as I said, too much construction around and parking was terrible

Not many amenities, advertise a kitchen but give ZERO plates, silverware, pots/pans. Why would I want a kitchen and need to buy my own pot for $22 while on vacation.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities were nice.

Lots of construction made it hard to get around near the property.

Walls were thin. The TV wasn't on a rotating foot; had to physically shift it (potential for accident). Bathroom sink was slow and then stopped up (but we neglected to mention that to staff). Cleaning schedule was not consistent. Currently (Feb 2024) surrounded by construction of another hotel. Staff had no quarters for laundry; so, we did it elsewhere.

Liked full-size fridge with icemaker; it was a cold fridge, nice. Could crack the window for fresh air. Liked having cabinets and drawers for food and dishes. The store had dishes for those who needed them and had lots of variety: things you might have forgotten and wanted to snack on.

45 dollar early check-in fee is stupid. People often arrive early with no place to go. As long as it is at least a couple hours after check out. Stop being greedy. Next door offers early check-in if available free. And breakfast.

After much time the manager was finally confirm my reservation.

I canceled one reservation 24 hrs before arrival but I didn't get a refund. Due to the weather, later I found out it was going to be ok so I made another reservation the same night and I was charged for another night.

The address provided by booking.com is not even close to being accurate or helpful. Please fix this for future customers. The internet and cable in the first room I was checked into did not work. I was moved to a second room where the internet worked but was very slow. The cable and the refrigerator did not work initially, but staff came to the room and fixed both of those issues.

I request a quiet room on the high floor at booking. However, I received a room on the first floor just beside the hotel side door. The staff told me all rooms were fully booked. I was woken up as early as 4am by the side door opening and closing noises when the guests in and out the hotel. Window blinds cannot be lifted. No view from the window. Didn't use any facilities.

Room is cleaning and staff are nice.
