We stayed 2 nights and room did not get cleaned. Gave some excuse that rooms occupied did not get clean due to fear of being accused of taking missing items.

Night Staff did not want to he there. She was not friendly at all. Did not make me feel welcome. I was in uniform so maybe she didn't like Police Officers.

Rooms were not cleaned out our King room the bed had stains and our queen room had moldy pizza left in the fridge. Also we were told we had already checked out and had to leave the room by the cleaning lady with 15 minutes to go before the actual 11 check out time.

What was not pleasant was the smell of the room. It smelled like mold. Very musty. That was the only thing that was not good.

The room was really cold and my fiance and I did not get much sleep as a result. Even when we were under the blankets and close, we were freezing and maybe got an hour of sleep. We were unable to turn off the AC.

Literally everything was great except the room was freezing and we could not turn off the AC.

Up graded to a king bed & larger room Out of coffee cups in the morning. Bagels were wrapped but not sliced... Had to slice wit a plastic knife. Hole in the walls behind light fixture. Markings/Scuf marks on the wall. Baseboards peeling off the wall. Room looked clean, but used and worn.

Not many fresh food options at breakfast. Some fruit or yogurt would've been nice but it did the job.

I lost a room that wa suppose to have been checked in by the day person at the desk. My other party showed up late like what we spoke about but they ended up having to make arrangements elswhere. I guess discussing this face to face is not enough.

When we arrived we waited at the front desk for service for about 10 minutes. The room had a bit of a musty smell. The breakfast "buffet" is definitely a joke. Don't let the free breakfast be your deciding factor to stay here. We had a cup of juice and checked out.

The room rate was cheap, had a bed and shower. Really all we needed while passing through to South Padre Island.

The lack of amenities like a pool. The bar definitely could have more drinks to offer.

Then you hire someone to sit at the “bar” area during your happy hour… and do nothing no one will drink in that area and the breakfast girl sits slumped at a table watching tv. There should be eggs with and without meat, the Chorizo looked terrible. First day no forks and acted like no one could have ordered them before they ran out or pick up a small box at the grocery store till the shipment arrived.

Your front desk night clerk is required to do far more work sweeping vacuuming the entire lower level because the work crews staying there track it in and her desk job all with a smile. Oh she has to take pillows to all the rooms that cleaned that day cause they aren’t dry by the time housekeeping leaves. And keeps the cookies in Stock. Room clean. Great location.
