Housekeeping was sometimes late. The food at the lobby was not the best. They also make you use 25$ a day and if u don’t use it they charge you.

I loved the location. There were many shops and food areas around it. Mattress and pillows were con Corner Room was very big the best was very comfortable and there was a wonderful view of Boston. The room was big and nice.

Somewaht expensive place to stay for a coupld of days for family. The loby area is not at ground level, and it is small as a waiting area.

The room was spacious, and enough places for us to put a lot of suitcases that we brought. Sunlight and view was beautiful.

The one thing I would change would be to move the shampoo And things where someone like my self could reach them from the shower bench. Other than that change nothing else it’s perfect!

I absolutely loved how spacious the accessible room was! The bathroom was also huge! As a wheelchair user I was nervous about this stay because other stays at other hotels were awful. But this stay was the best one I’ve had in four years!

Wifi should be free or at least a part of the $25 daily destination fee. There should be more places in the lobby to plug electronics into.

Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and in-room coffee maker. The bathroom had a small mirror for shaving and makeup application.

Price. The rate was INSANLEY expensive for what it was. I booked just a week in advance, and because there were many conferences, and all nearby hotels were booked or nearly booked, they took advantage of that, and charge more than I have ever pay for a hotel. The hotel is nice and in a good location but the rooms are rather generic, the hotel has an ugly dirty entry and small crammed lobby. For my exorbitant rate, they threw in breakfast at the Western Club and two $25 credits per day to spend at there Starbucks kiosk. Breakfast was extremely mediocre and all I could buy the kiosk was over priced candy. I would’ve preferred a lowered rate than these Perks.

The hotel gave me a $25.00 voucher to use in the restaurant, but then when I checked out the next day there was a fee for $25.00. I asked about that fee, and was told it's a convenience fee. So basically took the $25.00 back, so it wasn't a free $25.00 voucher. Didn't understand that one.

Not sure if this is a common issue with hotels these days but why can’t I take a shower without the water filling up the tub or brush my teeth in a sink that pools. Please fix

It took me a few minutes to understand what they were charging. Instead of trying to explain the very unconventional way to apply charges, they rushed me out. When I came back to clarify the question the individual at the desk was truly annoyed.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was buffet style and a good selection. The room was big, comfy and a great view from the 33 floor. The location is great!

Large, upscale property centrally located in Back Bay. Walking distance to the train. Rooms were clean, modern and updated. While the facility does well by the Westin brand. The customer service was consistently off from check in, check out and in the dining area. They were not overly friendly or helpful to the guests. In their defense it was a very busy time but I am mentioning only because I've had wonderful customer experiences at other Westins.
