The hotel was tired it was trash left on the tables in the lobby furniture look like it hadn't been fluffed up or cushions turned in a year the room was nice but not welcoming

The restaurants are not part of the hotel, which is a little confusing and the service at the one morning we had breakfast was very poor (nothing to do with the waiting staff, I must add). All seemed liked a new operator or system had recently been introduced and wasn't quite up to speed yet.

Comfortable room, cracking views over the city, excellent gym, friendly, helpful staff, would happily stay here again. Flemings restaurant - and especially - the bar were also very good fun, great staff.

I ordered room service and had to wait over an hour just to be told the grill was broken And I had to order from somewhere else and wait again to receive my food.

The property was great but during our 2 day stay, the computer was down as was all the other Omni in the country so we didn’t have card keys and needed a staff member to open our room door every time we stepped out. Otherwise, our stay would’ve been perfect!

Front desk DID NOT inform us at check-in that we must request housekeeping if we wanted daily service. All cleaning staff were friendly and after first day we got the cleaning taken care of.

Stayed in east tower. Corner Room 1565. Updated bathroom, but furniture definitely needs replacing. Room was quiet. Very convenient access to Convention Center and Providrnce Mall with skybridge. Room was clean with no odors, even in this older wing of Hotel. Try Saladworks and coffee shop across the street. Valet parking at $38 was expensive, but no problem getting car within 5-10 minutes.

If the convention center is in use, be prepared to Walk and be amongst crowds of convention goes that on weekends were cheerleaders/volleyball teams for meets being held in the center. Jams up a lot of the hallways that are wide open on Friday… not really the property’s fault but some guests might take serious issue with the crowds. The rooms are in need of an update honestly.

Property is a great location to access the Providence Place mall and AMP sports center. (The old Dunk.). Convention center and parking garage are also attached. You have easy access to the sky bridge walkway for having fun in a few different locations without having to go outside. Flemings steakhouse on property for food, and the coffee shop is finally back open post Covid. Their “Stance” brand of coffee is terrible so don’t expect much but the food is fine.

The room we stayed in this trip wasn’t the best room they have. We find the other shower much better. This one had a weird layout, and although the room was clean, it needed some updates

The phone was not dialing out at times. The refrigerator was not keeping items cold enough. No bags in the trash cans , the door did not close with out blaming it. The heating system was very wonky

The room view was excellent, the robes in the room was a nice touch.
