Our room had some one in it already, checking in was a hassle. Many hidden fees. The desk clerk was very rude and snooty and he made many smart remarks that weren’t needed.The food was definitely not worth the money in all areas. The AC in the room was horrible, had to set it to 60 degrees just to make it feel some sort of cool in there. Towels provided were horrible and the sheets and comforters on the bed were so starchy and very uncomfortable to sleep under. Ultimately the room wasn’t worth the money spent.

The king size bed was very comfortable and the view of downtown Savannah was amazing. It was also nice to be able to go to the lobby, get some Starbucks, and relax outside in the morning with the breeze from the river.

I can’t think of anything that could have been better!

Our receptionist upgraded our room to a Riverview. We were beyond thankful! We loved the complementary cookies upon check in and the s’mores after dinner by the fire pit. We loved the photo backdrop/spot in the lobby and took a great picture there. The gift shop was cute and convenient. The ferry to the Riverwalk was perfect. The views were amazing and we loved the essential oils in our room to help us sleep better at night! I highly recommend this resort.

The high prices for everything.

The room and balcony view was so beautiful and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and the jacuzzi outside was superb. Definitely visiting again for a longer stay. The price is really expensive though.

concierge failed to order taxi upon departure after assuring us she would. Billed for parking but we had no car in any of our 3 rooms. Ok

Sadly we had to call and request a robe and I don’t see why they are not readily available in the room. There are staffing issues perhaps and our dinner at The Westin’s restaurant suffered because of it. The server was wonderful and did her absolute best but our bottle of wine made it late to the table, with food served first, no bread. Last is the location since now the ferry only runs until 10pm, so there is no chance to hang out past that unless you want to Uber.

The hotel is beautiful and the views spectacular. The weighted blankets are comforting. The restaurant and lounge on site are very nice. Staff is always pleasant and helpful.

I realize that it is considered off-season, but it was not as nice around the pool without a bar open. The biggest drawback I found staying there was that you only had a very small coffee bar available and only 2 people working over a busy weekend. The lines were always long. For a resort of your size there should be a much bigger coffee and snack shop. There was nowhere to get just a quick snack or sandwich. And the coffee made in the in-room maker was not very good. I think the pods were too big for the maker and the coffee was too strong. Seems like it was a bigger pod made for a 2 cup maker not a single maker. I heard many other people standing in line at Starbucks commenting also on how they didn't like the coffee.

Hotel charged a higher price. Cost was more than reserve price. Bathroom ceiling had hair on it. Don't know how someone could get hair on ceiling. Staff was very good. Called to front desk a few times but no one answered. Also one of the curtains was coming down.
