They gave me a room in ground floor near the back door exit. It had noice from guest and staff coming in and out disturbing my sleep

The only down side was the lack of water presser. We were on the six flour and the water completely shut off three times while showering. I was concerned I would not get the shampoo out of my hair. Even the sink pressure was very low. It could have been due to the floor we were on but it was challenging. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful and the staff was terrific!

The rooms were beautiful and they offered a large assortment for breakfast along with piping hot coffee.

The elevator was being worked on it was kind of dusty and very slow. The walls In this hotel were so thin you could hear the person staying next to you.

The property is well located just off 1-75 in Weston, and is surrounded by a small Plaza with restaurants, Avis car rental etc., the hotel staff is amazing and very friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Didn't rest well at all. Also, other guest were very noisy and playing music loud.

Was there for a visit to Cleveland Clinic Hospital so location was great and lots of restaurants in the area. The breakfast looked good and loved the coffee was available all the time.

High room cost and I was told that they don't make the room until the day 4th. Breakfast items run out fast and they didn't restock.

Loved the renovated and spacious room. Kitchenette was very convenient. Bed and pillows were extremely comfy.

Did not have my handicapped room on reservation as I booked handicapped room in BOOKING.com with roll in shower!!!! Not happy about this issue with booking Been using BOOKING for 15 years!!!!

I made a coutesy call to your property because we were not able to stay the night. I spoke with a hotel front desk staff that informed me i would have to call Booking.com for a refund. I told her that the booking was non refundable but we were just alerting them so that they could fill the room. She charged us for the room. So we were charged twice for the same room. Monday, April 1st, i called the hotel back to tell them the mistake on their part. I got a hotel front desk staff named Marco. He would not let me talk, he treated me like i was stupid and wouldn't allow me to speak. Then, when i insisted he let me talk, he hung up on me. I called back 3 TIMES, he kept hanging up on me, When i asked him is last name he wouldn't give it to me.

During my recent stay, I encountered a significant issue that negatively affected my experience. The most notable problem was the loud noise from a large air conditioning unit outside my room, which would turn on every ten minutes throughout the night with a loud buzzing sound, making it extremely difficult to sleep. After a challenging first night, I approached the front desk the following morning to request a room change, hoping for a solution to the unbearable noise. Unfortunately, the response to my request was less than satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that there were no available rooms and was advised to call back later in the day. Upon calling back, there was a brief moment of confusion as it seemed there was a room available, but this was quickly dismissed once I clarified I was seeking a room change, not a new booking. I was then told that changing rooms would incur an additional charge, and ultimately, my request was denied. The service attitude during this process was disappointing, further detracting from my overall experience. This has unfortunately left a negative impression, and I feel it’s important for potential guests to be aware of these issues when considering their stay.

Absolutely nothing.

The staff was excellent. The room was spacious. The fridge was spacious. The breakfast was delicious, abundant and consisted in a variety of different choices. The coffee was abundant and had a variety of types. The tv is large and has HBO and most cable and local networks.The cleaning staff is fast, friendly and excellent. The hotel is clean and well staffed.
