The only complaint we had was from our kids and it was that there where no tv in the bedrooms

I did not like that the bedrooms did not have TVs. That was a strange concept to me.

Exceptionally clean and updated unit! The amenities were great! They even provided laundry pods which helped us with towels! Very nice gym on the property and the cold towels with essential oils were a nice touch. Two pools were awesome too. The community is very friendly as well. Seemed like a home away from home. The price seemed reasonable and location was great!

- self check in process consists of 10 steps. If you arrive late and tired - it's a challenge. - location is a bit far away from things. But if your point of interest is on South Tampa, then it's ok. - if you forgot to hang a parking permit inside your car, it'll be towed justovernight and you'll get an adventure of rescuing it from the wheck station;)

Its well equipped, fresh and comfy apartment in a modern gated condo community. There are many useful for a traveler small extras, such as dishwasher tablets, coffee, salt, laundry detergent etc. Manager Emily has been always helpful and on the line.

Check-in time at 5...That seems a little late considering we have to pay for the entire day on check-in day. I feel like it should be prorated. That said...that would be a legitimate gripe had it not been for my amazing contact person that actually did comp us an early check-in...

The apartment is immaculate...and our point of contact Emily was extremely helpful and responsive to all out questions/requests.

The master bedroom of our unit was right by the trash shoot so we could hear the motor going all night. The lock on our indoor garage entrance wasn’t changed out so we had to exit the building to get to our car.

Large, beautiful 3 bedroom apartment fully furnished, and had all amenities and soaps. Gated community and private garage were a plus!

I like the fact there wasn't a list of must dos prior to check out, all we were asked to do was leave the key fob on the counter. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THAT POLICY. We still took out the trash, started the dishwasher, & washed all the towels.

There was nothing that I did not like.

Upon arrival, the propertie's landscaping was crisp, clean, and just beautiful. This wonderful scent invited invited us into the building as well as the apartment, which was very modern, beautiful and clean which made our stay very relaxing. Will recommend 100% and rebook. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything you could have needed was in the apartment. All appliances, washers, and dryer were like new. The staff was very nice.

I didn’t have the gate code to let Uber driver in to pick me up had to walk up to the office to catch my Uber driver.
