We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesI am not a complainer and when in negative situations I often say things could be worse, so the stay here could have been worse. There did appear to be some updating of the floors in the lobby and elevator exits, however the carpeting throughout the hotel halls and rooms were dull, stained and left a feeling of not wanting to walk without shoes on. The cracking walls and dark paint in the halls and rooms made the stay feel dingy. The breakfast area was not restocked as quickly as things went. The garbage can was overflowing in the breskfast area.The coffee dispensers looked like they were not wiped down periodically. The elevator had a caution cone over spilt oatmeal, when it may have taken the same effort to just wipe it up. The room smelled like it was cleaned with too much perfume. Garbage in hallway outside peoples doors for too long.
Guy was the person who checked us in. He is a perfect hire for an upscale all inclusive resort. I was taken aback that he encouraged us to check the room out and let him know before settling in if there were any issues that needed to be addressed. Normally we are asked only after the stay if there were any issues. The elevator was fast. There was hand sanitizer available outside the elevator and in lobby.

United StatesWe did not stay because the staff at the front desk tell us if we were paying with a credit card we would have to go online to make reservations so I went online. I made the reservations online when I went back and to the hotel. I was told that I couldn’t check in until after 11 AM so I was not able to check in I did not stay but my card was still charge for the amount when I didn’t stay when I went to get a refund they told me I couldn’t get a refund I had to go back online. it’s a booking.com to get my refund so no I was very unsatisfied.

United StatesMy reservation was for two people hence the two beds but there was only towels for one person, the ac unit made such loud noises it kept me up most of the night. The hallway and entrance had a really weird smell. I paid 58.00 for a room in albany at comfort in with king bed and it was way cleaner, more towels and no smell. So not happy about the cost and I checked out at 6am, and checked in around 8:15 pm. Couldn't wait to leave the bed was terrible not comfortable at all, tv remote did not let me turn volume down had to use button on thw tv. Would not stay there again.

United StatesThere was a cockroach on my daughter’s bed as soon as we walked in. Her comforter had a huge stain on it. Their TV did not work - we needed to get someone to come fix it. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty. One of the other beds didn’t have a comforter.

United StatesI called in the van to ask about the pool. They said the pool was open when I get there. The pool is up for maintenance. My room wasn’t ready. There was no one there. There was understaffed so he wasn’t able to clean the room so I called Booking.com and canceled.

United StatesThis hotel has bed bugs. And when you try to reach the manager, you can’t. They also won’t return your phone calls. When I asked the front desk person what can be done, she says the manager won’t do anything because I didn’t show anyone at the front desk my bites. Bed bug bites show up a day or two later. I called guest relations and they can only offer points to stay at another comfort inn. You think I want to stay at another one of your hotels??!! Absolutely not.The pictures are brighter than the actual rooms. The rooms are dated and have brown everywhere. Which makes it hard to see any infestations with the naked eye. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone staying at this hotel. PS. The pool is closed for maintenance. Since forever
