Don't know why Wyoming is infatuated with short small toilets

Breakfast staff was awesome. Great breakfast with many selections. Large room, quiet. Fridge, microwave, iron, nice soap and shampoo, good towels, always hot water. Lots of parking. Laundry was operational.

We could hear every sound from the rooms above us and also the noise in the hallway. It was real hard to get any rest

The beds were hard, if you like that then this is your place. The shower water kept fluctuating from very cold to very hot and then maybe settled at a warm temp. The laundry facilities, the washers were not working. Had to go to the laundromat down the street.

Location was great to restaurants and to the park entrance. They did housekeeping every day we were there. Very nice since we haven’t had that since the pandemic.

No fridge or coffee maker in room

The beds were very comfortable. No fridge or coffeemaker in the room however there was a coffee station in the lobby. The breakfast served was pretty nice. Selection of eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, cereals, yogurt, muffins, biscuits and gravy. The breakfast staff was very nice.

The fan in the bathroom is very loud. The WIFI awash spotty and needs to be upgraded.

White Buffalo has a great location both to the town and to the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. The breakfast was excellent as was the staff that served it. The rooms were large and spacious and we appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. Our room was very clean and it was freshened on a daily basis.

Staff unable to understand English apart from Cooper at reception who was exceptionally helpful who carried our suitcases to first floor as no lift Asked three times for our door to be fixed as extremely difficult to open from inside which we found hazardous if there had been a fire !!! And NO internal telephone

No wifi and was not told at check-in they were having issues because of bad weather- just left to figure it out on our own. Terrible mattresses had to request a room change they were so bad in our first room.

Laundry room wasn’t in operation. I Replaced light bulb in bathroom because it was Sunday and no maintenance available. Not worth the rate paid.

Could hear a lot of noise in the halls from other guests. One washing machine did not spin the clothes, had to switch to the other machine and run the load again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was very good. Many hot and cold choices. Location was very convenient to Yellowstone.

Parts property could be better maintained. Some of the wood trim was rotting around our front and back doors and needed to be replaced. Weather stripping was gapping in some areas.

Property was very dated - could use a renovation. Hallway looks like something out of the movie “The Shining” 😂

It was hard to find parking.

Hotel was adequate, room was reasonable size. The breakfast looked like it would be great but did not start until 7 am, and we didn’t stay because we wanted to get an early start at Yellowstone.

mattress was not very comfortable. laundry was out of order. only 2 washers and two dryers for a lot of rooms. could not buy soap. machine was broken
