The curtains didn't close all the way so we had to clip them together. The air-conditioning didn't seem to be consistent in keeping the room cool. And was surprised at the shape the bathroom was in compared to the rest of the hotel. There was patched paint and marks on the wall, stains and fingerprints around the shower area.

Overall cleanliness was ok. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly at check in.

When we arrived well after 3 our room was not ready. And then our door wouldn’t lock. We were moved to a different room so that wasn’t terrible. Hot tub was not working

Our room has been smoked in. I saw signs around the facility that said 100% smoke free, but that wasn’t true. When I asked for another room, I was told that was the last room with a king size bed. They sprayed something in the room, and it was better when we returned.

It was easy in and out of. Honestly, the only thing we used was the bed to sleep.

The room was great! However just a tad dirty for the price. I’m guessing they missed a few spots in the bathroom.

The breakfast staff was not friendly. She basically took food away from two ladies and their 3kids. It was still out then went to get a muffin and she grabbed to trays and said it’s closed. I was shocked by her behavior They are paying guests and the food was still out. Goodness

Parking was a little limited and a real fall hazard in shower. They need anti slip strips or mat to counter extremely slippery tub. Bed also felt very "used". Sure they were not new beds in our room. My bed had a big hole on left side but I slept great on right side.

Loved the place. It was a little far out but great value. It was clean and quiet. It is rather new so everything looks good. Easy access on edge of town. Peaceful and pretty place.

The facility is not all handicapped accessible. The only actual ramp down for wheelchairs is the front door to the parking lot. I rented a roll in accessible shower. Paid extra for that room and everything. With complete wheelchair access. What I got was a bathtub with a handicap bench that threw me forward if I moved. I have two broke feet. Told the lady working the desk, had documentation to prove so. Still nothing.

The computer was down when we checked in so it took a little longer. Had to fill out a paper with information but were reassured the information would be shredded after the computer system was back up.

The hotel was close to our family event, the breakfast was great. The rooms were nicely decorated and updated.

Bed was okay at most…bedding cumbersome…bathroom door screeched when moved…breakfast mediocre, but clean area and appearance…view out window was the satellite dish…heat/ac vibrated terribly. Sorry, but we were very disappointed…don’t like to complain, but just being honest.

The bathroom shower handle was loose and difficult to get to turn off. A bit pricey for the area.

The front desk and kitchen staff were very kind and helpful. The room was a good size and quiet. One of the beds had a big dip in it where so many people had slept in it, but the other bed very comfortable. Hot breakfast was nice plus.

My only complaint is the bathrooms are not kid friendly. It is a beautiful place and clean which is a major plus but everything is built tall and my grandkids could not even brush their teeth without me holding them up and they are 4 and 5. Also they did not have coffee for the guests, yes they had a Keurig in the room but only decaffeinated coffee pods.

The place is nice and in a great location for what we were in town for. It is clean and everyone very friendly.

No working coffepot in the morning in the breakfast area. Get a new one - FAST! temperature setting on the thermostat in the room was weird -- would jump as much as 10 degrees when you pushed the up/down buttons, then seemed to settle on whatever it wanted. Had to adjust several times. Wife is in a wheelchair and noticed the sidewalk near the parking area is broken up/heaved which made rolling over that area rather difficult. That's an issue if you are handicapped.

Facility was clean and easily accessible. Our room on the first floor was reasonably quiet. Staff was helpful with a TV issue.
