The sleeper sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It may be time for a new mattress as coils were hurting our backs so much that we had to figure out different sleeping arraignments. The outlets on the wall to the left of the bedroom did not work. The television in the living room wouldn’t change channels some of the time. It’s wasn’t a battery issue as the other buttons worked.

Loved the ease of checking in and out, pool, beach access, layout of condo, and the toiletries and linens provided that lasted the whole week.

Honestly, I was surprised at how furnished the place was. If anything the information given about the condos could expand more about what they offer. I wasn't completely sure what to bring & they pretty much had everything we needed.

The door code was a nice way to enter without the typical "hotel" like check in. Very easy & accessible.

Could have been better information about the stay. We were not informed that beach chairs and umbrella were included with the room. We thought we had to pay so we didn’t even ask the attendant. We put up our own umbrella and the attendant made us put it down. Then he told us the chairs were free for us but only if you claim it in the morning. We were too late that day and checked out the next so we missed out completely.

There was no blow dryer in the amenities and no extra blankets and the cleaning people came before we had to leave and the neighbors upstairs were rather noisy. But we loved the location and the weather was beautiful so we were pretty happy.

Tried to report a rip in the couch so we wouldn't be charged for it. We were told that the property manager would get back to us. We never heard anything from her. We also had a maintenance man that came to replace a glass table top & asked if we were notified that he would be coming. We said no & he said they were supposed to let us know. That being said, they were minor incidents to us compared to the AMAZING time we had there as we celebrated our 20th Anniversary!

What's not to like. I do think the refrigerator could use charged or replaced. Wasn't too cold for keeping food long. We used our cooler more because of this.

We were VERY upset to find out our unit was on the 3rd floor, when the pics on my confirmation are of a first floor unit. The details didn't note balcony. This is completely deceptive and we will NEVER book with booking.com again. The pics were of an entirely different unit. Our unit had a dirty microwave with food stuck in it, chips under the couch (we noticed when we moved to pull-out the couch to sleep) and multiple palmetto bugs found during the week. GROSS. The unit itself needs updating and TLC. The screen doors to the balcany were not on the track, and didn't even fit the doors! The towel bar fell apart when hanging a towel on it from the shower. Just overall very old and run down. We will never book this again. Beware. When we contacted the property manager (VACASA) to ask for a partial refund for the deceptive pics/details, they said it's not their fault and to contact Booking.com for a refund. If you've seen reviews about Booking.com, located in the Netherlands, good luck getting a response. Way overpriced for what we got, but we made the best of our vacation.

The property was located close to the beach and the beds were comfortable. The unit had most kitchen appliances/dishes needed for our stay.

We arrived early and was told the cleaning crew would not be done until check in time. Truth was they just didn’t know and didn’t care to find out . We were back & forth from the beach to the room and no cleaning crew ever was there and we absolutely had to wait until the last 30 seconds before the door would open. We would have been glad to pay for the extra time. The fact that it was just a lie is the reason I would never use this group again. An honest response saying the door won’t open until check in time and we have no one that is willing to come open it would have at least gave us the chance to make other plans. The filter should be an easy fix. Doesn’t look as if it has ever been changed.

The massive puddle in the floor from the AC unit leaking water all over the place and the 2 bowls in the floor over flowing with water in the middle of the whole hallway. My wife and I almost slipped and fell due to all the ater on the floor that we could not avoid. We got another location all together.

There happened to be construction going on right in front of our door. The noise started about 8 am.

The location was perfect..right on the beach and on the first floor. Close to winn dixie and lots of restaurants. Laundry facilities in the unit. Very nice place

Very very unclean. Full of sand upon arrival I had to sweep prior to us entering room. Unclean untesils in drawers. Very unclean walls. I wish they would blow off the sidewalks every morning. My son cut his foot on piece of glass. Trash cans on grounds was not emptied every day.

I loved that it was a private beach. Rental came with chair and umbrella which was a plus. Not a lot of rooms great with children

Cleanliness was not good. Dried contact lense on bedside table. Dime sized substance on bedside table. Clearly not wiped clean. Kitchen counters sticky with film. Floors very dirty with left over sand. No WiFi as promised. Called every single day to get fixed. No one ever called back or even attempted to fix. Huge dissatisfaction for children and adults. Master bedroom mattress is super uncomfortable, like sleeping on a hard floor. Pure dread going to bed at night due to hard bed.

Location was awesome. Access to beach was easy and close. Central to restaurants and stores.

Two of the three beds had sand in them when we went to sleep we found this out ☹️ and there was water(condensation) dripping continuously for the first night. We had to put a bucket to catch it and kept it mopped up but otherwise everything was good.
