Where it was located. Our choice I know but a bit far out from where we wanted to be and to find somewhere to eat we did have to get a lyft as the traffic was very busy and very fast all the time. Breakfast was very basic, cereal and bagels plus eggs and biscuits but its fine to keep you going until lunch and was kept filled up regularly.

Hotel was clean, bedding and towels clean and nice quality.

The fact that I asked for a walk in shower and this hotel does not have them and I was not notified of that. The breakfast selection. The parking lot got crowded at night.

The beds were clean, but other areas in the room, not so much. The maintenance was slap-dash in places. For instance, paint on the curtains that looked like body fluids, closet doors that had holes in them, and dirty bathroom doors. However, when we voiced our opinion, housekeeping did go to the room and cleaned the dirty bathroom door. I believe the staff does the best they can, but they need more staff to do it properly.

I thought it was in bad taste that I forgot my glasses and immediately the day after checkout I called the hotel, they only told me that they took note and would call me. I called 3 days in a row and they never showed up.

The staff could’ve been more friendly. I asked for a walk in shower and did not get one. I had to fight my door every night to get into my room. I’m not sure what was wrong but it would not open on the first try. It almost seemed like I was breaking into my own room! I would’ve asked for another room but I did not want to pack all my things up again! I did let the desk attendant know before I left. The breakfast was not good. The eggs and sausage were in a warmer and still was not warm. They were very bland.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times and they never seem to let me down. Check in was at 4pm but I got into town a little before 2pm and was able to get a room! The size of the room was great! The bed and pillows were very comfortable! It was very quiet at night and I was able to park my car in a visible spot! The water got very hot, very fast!

Not a lot to do in the area, the university premises are closed during the weekends, the supermarkets in the area are not the best.

The bathroom could've been cleaner. Killed a bug in the bathroom the first day. Took off the bed skirt after inspecting the bed with my blue light upon arrival because it was filthy. Breakfast was not the best and it was the same thing everyday. We stayed 7 days and there were no options.

Bed slept good and I liked the free laundry services on site, this was very convenient. Staff was pleasant.

The door to my sister's room, #320, was difficult to open. She could not get out of the room without assistance. After the second day, I mentioned it to the housekeeper and she immediately contacted maintenance who fixed the door. I appreciated the quick action. May want to ask staff to bring any problems to the manager's attention for appropriate repairs or replacement. Also it would be nice to have a guide to the TV channels in the room, and also make sure the channel numbers are correct.

Great staff, very nice hotel. Looking forward to returning to it this fall.

Our room air conditioner unit was so loud it was difficult to sleep.

We didn't have breakfast as we got there at 9:30am and it closed at 9am, we were very sad and were not offered anything like a bag or fruit or muffin.
