    Beds very uncomfortable. Hot tub not available (it’s one of the reasons I chose this hotel over others).

    The spa was closed down and we didn’t have previous warning until we arrived and saw a sign.

    They had a good continental breakfast. The staff was nice.

    Had to switch room because it smelled like cigarettes and a butt was in the tub. Second room was musty smelling. Had to put a $100 deposit down that I wasn’t aware of that was charged to my card, not just a hold. Haven’t gotten that returned yet. I needed help with the show because the hot and cold were mixed up and I didn’t know why I wasn’t getting hot water.

    This was my 5th visit at this location, and every time prior to this visit , I used Booking to make my reservation with no issues. Upon arrival, the attendant stated she couldn't find my reservation. Although I had confirmation and showed proof as well as the type of room booked, she still said there was nothing she could do. I thought, "No big deal, I can pay on-site and worry about a refund later IF that was the case." The downfall to this was that I was placed into a double queen room when I had reserved a deluxe king room yet still being charged the rates for the king room. When mentioned, the attendant pretended not to hear me. The following morning, I saw that I had indeed been double charged. Once through Booking and once through the hotel. When I inquired about the situation with the morning lady at the front desk (who later identified herself as the General Manager), she stated she only saw the reservation made manually the night before. She explained to me that my funds never processed, and there was nothing she could do in a condescending tone. I asked who I needed to contact, and in a rude tone, she replied "Booking" to which I replied, "Thank you," and left. I then placed a call to Booking, and while on hold with them, I received two missed calls from the hotel. Once I was able to complete my call with Booking, I returned my call to the hotel. The lady at the front desk admitted she had found my reservation and immediately issued a full refund all the while blaming her overnight staff member for the mix up and claiming personal ignorance of her job responsibilities by stating she rarely works the front desk. The General Manager's complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and the overall lack of hospitality have definitely left a sour taste on the overall experience.

    This is my go-to stopping spot for convenience of location.

    They didn’t clean the room every day only twice and we were there for six’s days and the bath towels were very thin and small

    The receptionist that checked me in was very irritating because I had 2 friends with me that were helping me bring in my luggage, I told her repeatedly that they were not staying the night as only 2 adults are allowed to stay in a room.

    The price was reasonable, and the room was clean.

    Housekeeping refused to clean my room stated she didn't have time and they where so I had to clean it myself me and my family stayed from Thursday to Saturday so the whole time I had to clean my own room .

    Our TV did not work so they sent us to another room. We had already unpacked so we had to repack and move into another room. That TV worked at first so we unpacked After my husband tried to turn the channel the TV went all fuzy again. We were going out to eat so on our way out we told the girls in the lobby that the TV in the second room was not working. When we got back from dinner all of our belongings were in the lobby and we were told that managementHad asked us to leave. They are accusing us for breaking the TV.

    Hot tub wasn't working. Pool was working, but had large clumps of hair floating all over the place like the filter was full or something. Real gross. New key cards went in that weekend and the front staff had to let me in my room every time the first night as he wasn't told how to program the door/card correctly.

    There were a few things I didn't like. For instance, breakfast was stated to be over at 10:00, but the lady was closing down around 9:40. She acted like we were in the way as we were trying to get breakfast. She was like, "I'm closing up. You better hurry up and get what you go get.' This was rude! She did this to others as well. The hot tub wasn't. Our air conditioner in our room did not get too cold. My son had a room on the 3rd floor, and it was freezing in his room.

    The hotel was located directly off the highway, which was great! The lady who checked us in was hospitable. Our room was spacious. The bed was comfortable. It was good seeing staff going around cleaning the hotel.

    Our room was not clean, especially the bathroom, there were tons of hair balls everywhere and dirt. very disappointing. the pool was very dirty as well and we did not enjoy it because of that, we usually love hotel pools. We also got overcharged for the room and were charged almost double of the price we were given on booking.com. we have never had an issue before using booking.com and having this happen. we did not realize til after we left and got the credit card alert. very frustrating.

    I'm currently in town bc of truck repairs, I asked for extended stay and got 2 free hrs. I didn't experience any aggressive check out tactics (turning off tv, ac,etc) when the time was wining down ( truly appreciated that). I'll possibly be staying there tonight lol mechanics founds some other issues .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
