Staff was very unwelcoming. Did not care to try and meet our accomodations or give credit for the cost difference of a room with a whirlpool and a room with out a whirlpool. Will never recommend this hotel or booking.com they apparently don't try hard enough to reimburse the difference either . Staff very unfriendly, almost to the point that the guests are a hindrance to your staff.

Staff was friendly. When booking, the website asked the time of arrival, which we said 12pm. They confirmed. After traveling 5 hours with a 3 year old, we were told check in wasn't until 3pm. We hung around in the lobby, which all the lights were turned off in the area with tables and chairs with tv's in it and all the housekeeping staff was on break there, felt very unwelcoming. Front desk got us in our room around 2pm. Bathroom was dirty, when giving our 3year old a bath, the good from the drain stopper kept coming into the bathwater, she got a shower instead, which was torture to a toddler. The toilet seat was loose and where it was connected hadn't been cleaned in a long time, yellow slime index and around, also where the water flows into the toilet had black, mold looking ring around the toilet. Bed squeeked when getting in and out. Very unsatisfied this stay, usually is good..

When we arrived they gave us a bedroom without a whirlpool, which I had ordered. Later, after Icomplained, we got another room with whirlpool. In the morning the day we were leaving, I called the front to tell them our toilet was plugged. They had the nerve to tell me I could come down and get a plunger!!!!! Was not happy with staff.

A bit high on price for basic overnight hotel. Breakfast was OK. Nothing amazing. Coffee was bad. Keurig in room but no cream or sugar. Very little counter space for getting ready in bathroom for a family.

Room was clean and comfortable, lots of spots for suitcases, multiple TVs to entertain kids- even one in the bathroom! Couch was comfortable as well. Good hairdryer

Bed are so hard.we wanted a two queen room the beds are full size. Breakfast was good but wish the pancakes machine was working it was out of order.wish they had white bread but it was ok.other wise it was a nice place to stay.

Unfortunately right now there is a lot of construction going on in the area of the hotel. Sometimes it was very noisy. The nearest intersection, which is access to the city is a very busy one and it took a few rotations of the light cycle to be able to get through there.

We arrived at the hotel and checked into our room that was blazing hot, we tried to kick on the AC and it kept making nice to run but it wouldn't work so we told the front desk and they had someone come look at it while we went and used the pool but when we returned to the room it was still not working and the room temperature had climbed to a staggering 76 degrees, we told them again and they said they would have to have a maintenance man come look at it, which they never did and they never offered to give us a different room, we sweated and were miserable all night long and didn't sleep. Some of our appliances in our room also did not work. The most disappointing thing was the breakfast, the website says hot breakfast but due to covid all they served was small individual boxes of cereal with milk and juice but they did disclose that at check in so we ended up paying to eat breakfast else where.

Breakfast materials ran out by 9ish. Amenities seemed to lack, needed ibuprofen but either they were out or didn't have it available. GPS had a turn that didnt exsist. And it seems counterproductive to be located so close to another hotel.

Pool and spa area was amazing. Shower in the room was decent size with soaps available. The 2 shades provided extra light protection. Was even able to get delivery to the room.
