The bathroom roof was leaking onto the toilet, no light in the bathroom room 139 also the main door to the room doesn’t close properly. I didn’t take pictures because I’d let the man at the front desk know before hand what the conditions were in the bathroom.

Mouse in my kids' room, told staff, they were like "yeah that happens, we have a big field across the street." Poor lighting in rooms. No tub in bathrooms, just a shower.

Loud neighbors slamming doors. Drink machine didn't work the first room I was in had no microwave and it wasn't made clear to me on the website that my room would not have a tub. I stayed at this inn 30 years ago but things have changed dramatically it has definitely lost this charm. They need to update the courtyards and make it more inviting for the guest.

The one lady on staff was very helpful and friendly she is the only reason I did not put bad in comments

Power went out, hotel did not have a generator so the rooms got hot fast. Outage lasted about a hour and a half. Showers tiles need to be pressure washed.

The staff was unprofessional. The front desk was unattended for most of my stay there. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the shower was dirty. The Air conditioning in my room did not work.

I liked the location. It was close to where I needed to be and not too far from the bust part of Barnwell.

Early wake up by cleaning staff after getting in at 4:00am Shower floor caving in during shower at 3:00am then being accused of mistreatment of faulty flooring and never getting a response from manager after reporting incident, just threatened to charge for repairs!

Didn’t have breakfast because it was gone by 9:00!

Description of budget room was horrible. It was a nasty smoking room. Bathroom missing toilet paper and towel racks. No garbage cans in room. Mini fridge was nasty. Shower floor was nasty. Shower curtain was nasty. Bed spreads were nasty.

Location. Sheets clean. Towels decent. Staff was great and apologetic.

I don't have anything negative to say. Each time anything was brought up Sonny and his staff took care of it. I would recommend staying here if ever in this area or passing through. Thank you Sonny and staff for your hospitality.

Sonny was very helpful and upgraded my booking to the suite with no issues. I will be calling them direct from now on since the booking sites have way different prices and don't showcase the suites. This place also made me feel safe staying here as there is an inner court that passer byers don't have access. Slept very good! I will only stay here when going through this town. Thank you Sonny.

The room was not clean. Seemed to be spit or sperm marks on the walls. The door trim had been tore off by the chain, possibly a forced entry. The room next door was exuding marijuana smoke, and a prostitute was leaving the room when I arrived. There was no tv remote. The renovation of the bathroom was done by inexperienced or shoddy workmen. The shower bed was not laid right, and so it holds water. The room smelled weird too. Luckily I was just there to sleep, and shower.

They were accommodating to my late arrival time.
