Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe air seemed like the temperature wouldn’t drop and get cold in the apartment.
The property was near a few restaurants that my friend and I was interested in going too. It was walking distance. The sheets smelled very fresh which was a plus! Apartment was cleaned. Front desk staff was very helpful and answered questions. WeHostGroup is very quick when responding, they usually responded within an hour.

I was a little early for check in and the door person Malkum offered to hold my bags till check in. Called me when room was ready a few hours later for an early check in. Staff was super friendly along with residents of the facility. The apartment was super clean and kept well.. the room is centrally located in Baldtin which is a great up and coming neighborhood. So close to DC via Metro for my day trips but I'd rather stay in Balson at night anyways. The neighborhood is super safe also. A++ in my opinion. Great room great rate, great staff. Can't lose.

United StatesWe had rented the condo through booking.comand it was confusing suddenly having to deal with wehost, frontdesk and other entities. Starting with the check in process we felt unsupported. We were expecting to receive instructions about the process 24 hours ahead of arrival time. We even called the 24/7 number the night before, but the person answering could tell us nothing except to repeat that we would receive instructions. We just referred to the original email explaining this: "We will be sending the check-in instructions one day before your arrival, so we can have a smooth check-in. We look forward to having you in our beautiful unit." • No such instructions were delivered and our checkin was NOT smooth. After we returned home, these instructions arrived. Luckily the person at the front desk was able to issue a temporary parking permit and tell us how to get into the parking deck, and the number of the unit. Because we didn't receive the instructions, we didn't know about the requirement that we send a picture of the key and fob but once again, the man at the front desk said it was important to take a picture of it. • The next glitch was the garbage disposal. It didn't work. We called the number provided (786-796-1393 (24/7) during working hours and someone did fix the disposal. • On the second day of our stay we realized that the refrigerator wasn't working. The freezer functioned, but food we had brought spoiled. Of course we called the number provided but the refrigerator was never repaired. • Certainly the most dramatic problem was a burst fire system pipe two floors above the unit. There was a loud BANG and water poured down the wall and into the living room. There was a puddle on the floor till it evaporated the next day but this was a small problem compared to that of the neighbors, whose unit was truly flooded.
Fantastic location. We enjoyed the view from 21st floor. The manager at the front desk, who gave us the keys, was very helpful. The elevators were fast and all available at all times.
