There was a noise outside the wall of the unit that I could hear as I slept. Slight but noticeable. Not sure if it was others not connected to the Woodlands.

Place was very clean. Ample space for two. Close to town. Beautiful river just outside the unit. Staff was wonderful. Wood provided for the fireplace.

I was not a fan of the bathtub being so high since I have knee issues and the toilet was very low to the ground, my husband felt that the directions to locate the cut wood was not very detailed and we were unable to locate it at night.

This was our 2nd time staying at Woodlands on Fall River and we truly enjoy being able to relax and feel like we are at home. Since we are not able to eat out due to diet restrictions it is great to have a full kitchen to be able to prepare meals

Stayed in #7. Bed was a little hard for my tastes, so I didn't sleep especially well during the stay. I guess it is hard to please everyone!

Great Location just 2 miles from RMNP. Wildlife around (seen an Elk from our room, and lots of Mule Deer close by). Well Equipped Kitchen for those who like to prepare meals. Check-in/out was a breeze with door code and text messaging.

Our cabin had everything we needed. We used the grill every day. Comfortable, beautiful location, quiet area. The cabin had coffee, little salt and ice cubes. There’s a guest laundry too. We also liked the location, away from the city center, but still 5min by car. We barely talk to any staff. Wasn’t necessary. Everything was well informed by message.

Breakfast? Very nice site and SO WELL maintained. Great staff. Super clean appliances and great job of prepping the facility for guests. Checkin and checkout so convenient.

We were there 7 days. Maybe one cleaning during that time would be nice. Not a problem but would be a nice touch. They do make it very easy to get fresh towels and any other items needed.

Having to leave ☹️

Being here was like coming home! The management ensured that everything was set up/arranged so you could begin your relaxing stay right away. We truly didn’t want to leave. There were elk and wild turkeys around us, mountains, a river working its way over rocks smoothed by time. Distance to Estes Park downtown was just a short drive. Like I said, it felt like home - one I always wanted in a setting my wife and I will never forget.

The cookware & utensils were fine for 2 of us. But might not be enough for a larger group.

We enjoyed our stay at Woodlands on Fall River. The location right next to the river was great and it is also very close to the entrance to the national park. The facilities (including the laundry machines, cookware, kitchen etc) are very good.

Very clean! Next to Rocky Mountain National Park. Beautiful setting. Easy in and out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Stayed 3 days. Definitely going to rebook for next year only longer.

Only thing I can say was the parking, there were only 3 spots on the lower area. But really wasn’t a big deal at all.

The 1 bedroom condo was very nice. It was super clean, which I really appreciated. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very nice setting on the river. Is by the road, but it’s just I’m fine, the river drowns out any noise out. Just a beautiful area!!

The river and scenery are amazing. I could sit on the balcony or by the river all day. We also extended our trip while we were there, and the staff were very accommodating. We stayed in a single room on the bottom and then on the top floor, and both were great.

There's not one thing I didn't like. The cost was a little pricey.

The staff and room were amazing!! The view was HEAVEN. We saw so much wildlife right on site! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept in!
