Stayed 2 nights in 2 different rooms and both needed a deep cleaning. On the first night in the first room, woke up in the middle of the night itching on my legs and back. Sheets not cleaned or not properly washed or thoroughly rinsed. The bed and pillows are uncomfortable. Found dirt and toys under furniture.

Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, and movie theater. Cold AC, large fridge, and all features worked. USB charger ports on Alarm Clock/Radio. The shower and water pressure was good.

First thing we arrived about 20 minutes early before check in and was told very rudely that we could not check-in until 3. The elevator was also broken . We were given a room on the 3rd floor and had to use the stairs. The rooms are not sound proof so we could hear all the noise above and around us. The blinds were broken so we had to put up a towel so people couldn't see in. Was told that was the only room left so we were stuck with it.

Location was the only thing good about this place. It was also clean for the moat part.

No breakfast. Coffee was meh. Even GPS had a hard time getting us to the hotel. The TV was difficult to use but excellent staff was patient and fixed the problem. Room was simple and clean with plain decor. There was no blow dryer.

The bed in our room caused me a lot of pain, specifically in my back. They need to replace the mattress with a quality one, like Serta Perfect Sleeper. The burners in the kitchenette could have been more powerful. One of the weaknesses of the hotel is the trash removal service, there was none. A guest shouldn't have to walk over one hundred yards to a dumpster in the parking lot. That should be the responsibility of the hotel staff. I also would have appreciated it if the room had been moped during our stay. We did all of the sweeping and cleaning. New linens should have been offered, rather me having to ask for new linens.

The staff were kind and friendly, the rooms were clean and everything was as advertised. I liked the bathroom and shower/tub and the kitchenette with a full size refrigerator and microwave was nice.

Well I have never stayed at an extended stay property before this and didn’t realize the negative aspects to this, for one they absolutely would NOT budge when we requested a late check out, and we stayed in the middle of the week. Check out was at 11, at 10:45 they were knocking on our door making sure we were leaving. All we really needed was maybe 30 extra minutes, as I said it was a hard NO. Also, there were unpleasant smells, both from whatever was being cooked on our floor and constant marijuana smell, EVERYWHERE! We ended up staying 2 nights instead of the one and the 2nd night a roach basically crawled over my husbands foot in the bathroom.

The location worked well as we went to get some Christmas shopping done, and the mall and Avenue are super close
