United States4 reviewsDisappointingOur room had a kitchenette. The refrigerator was all rusty, the ceiling in the shower had mold and the paint was peeling. We had 1 pillow each. I called to get 2 more and was told the office closed at 10. There wasn't even a blanket on the bed, it was a top sheet and another one slightly thicker on top. I was shivering the whole night

United States4 reviews“I will not choose this property again.”First, a/c did not work and made loud noise and no other room was available. Secondly, some of the lights in the room did not work. Finally, when I called the front desk in the morning for an iron and ironing board, I was told nothing was open or available until 10am. All this made for an unpleasant stay.
Really liked the ease of access to highway.

We didn’t like anything. No the horrible smell and odor. Not that they were under construction and there was dust everywhere. Not the tiny (king size) bed or non-sturdy beds. The kitchenette was not useable in two of the rooms.

United States1 review“Rip Off. scam hotel!”To sleep in a room that I paid for and no one to unlock the door. Aweful at least I could have slept in the hallway if someone would have unlocked the door. Bad bad deal I still had to pay for a room and didn’t get one.
I never even got to check in. No one working to book by me in. It was awful. Not staff at all. Had to sleep in my car.

I am accustomed to renting rooms in the $34-45 dollar value and those rooms have acually been”Everything Dirty room, No good tv Channels, no cleaning crew, no immediate help at the front desk, wasn’t given the handicapped accessibility room, not many towels, the building smelled horrible just at the walk in, people were smoking in the halls, stale funk smell in the elevator, bed mattresses are so uncomfortable we woke up with big shoulder and neck knots. The place has no lobby/living room. the restroom curtain rod was placed incorrectly so much so that the curtain kept sliding back down and the water going onto the floor out the tub. the toilets are too short for a handicapped person, for the price I paid they had no coffee at all or a simple continental breakfast. The manager told me that Booking.con overbooked the hotel rooms and thats why I wasn’t able to get the handicapped accessible room.
