As soon as we walked in the lady that checked us in was EXTRA rude. Not a smile, not a Hi, asked for a rest room as we just left our softball tournament and she said they didn't have one. Dogs on every floor that you could hear bark all night and the whole hotel smelt like cigarettes.

After checking in the night before the next morning they informed me that to continue my stay I would have to pay an extra $160 because I hadn't been charged a pet deposit the night before.

The room wasn't very clean and I found hair in the bathroom and bathtub and floors weren't swept and cleaned. A strange odor in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in and I woke up with leg and back pain. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant

I didn’t like that in order to check in we had to wake the clerk. at midnight. I think if you’re going to have people be able to check in late you should have personnel that is bright eyed and bushy tailed when they’re working the front desk. regardless of the hour. if that’s what you allow. (late check in) also hates that there were no coffee pots in the room. or an iron. I tried calling front desk and they didn’t open till 10!! so I’m sorry but in my opinion there is no customer service at this hotel.

The room was dirty and did not have anything stocked in it. One towel for two people, nothing else was in the room. The front office closed and there was not a way to get the stuff we needed. Very disappointed

Nothing dirty rooms and specialty customers services and when a person asked for anon smoke room that mean it don't smell like smoke or cigarettes burns in your room and keep pet on a different level so other people can at least sleep

Noting I wouldn't stay there again bad customer service for being a non smoking room and not having pets we had dog hair under the bed and on the blanket and dogs barking all night no rest at all will not recommend no one stay there again.

Horrible experience, traveled with one year old daughter and we were woken up at midnight and 130am by barking dogs on our floor . We found bugs on our bed (ants) . Also we were in a non smoking room and our room smellled like cigarettes . We tried taking to front staff they find nothing also calls after check out to talk to someone else , and we were hung up on .

Ac not work Room was not clean went to front desk let someone know about situation an I was given a broom dust pan and mop told to do it myself because they were short staffed. I just got out of the hospital from having a wreck I go to the first extended stay and they said the computer was down so they sent me out on tech center drive where they told me they're not even affiliated and so I end up going to the comfort inn and paying twice the money and never got to stay

Some of the staff was really rude and had horrible attitude and some were super nice so I guess it balanced out. one of the doors in the back of the facility that should have been locked was not locked and I felt that was a safety hazard. Though they had security on site that doesn’t make me feel safe knowing that anyone could’ve just walked in. the bed was also pretty uncomfortable for two people to sleep in.

The room was clean and the other guests were nice. there was a lot of space in the room and the fact that we could cook made it amazing. it was nice and affordable and made our stay awesome.
