Well. Sometimes you get what you pay for. And this is one of those times. I read a no smoking policy and it certainly didn’t apply to the floor we were on. The hallway certainly reeked of second hand smoke of both cigarettes and other things.

The price presented as a good value and pictures in booking.com made the rooms appear functional and clean.

The room had the smell of a stinking kitchen and was not aired out. In winter, I had to sleep with the window open. There was a constant smell of cannabis in the corridor, and it was very unpleasant for me as children. We didn’t get any sleep at all in this hotel, which is why all night some hotel residents were screaming and running along the corridor in an inadequate state, and the manager did not make any comments to them, did not pay attention to it. People constantly came out to smoke under my window. It was a terrible night at this hotel. I won't recommend it to my friends.

The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great. Also, the hallways don’t smell the best.

It was very clean and the staff let me examine my room before I paid for it. It was also quiet.

Since it was so cold outside (-5 degrees) the heater was kind of loud every time it came on. It did keep the room comfortable though. We did see a couple of bugs, but dealt with it.

For the price of the room, the accommodations were great. Reasonably clean. If you don’t need a pool or exercise room, I prefer to save the $30 per night extra the other hotels charge. We like to keep it cool at night, at was very comfortable with the temp at 58 degrees at night and 65 during the day.

key cards re always failing. had to get them reprogrammed 3 times in one week. they know it’s a problem, but apparently management won’t pay to get it fixed. typically I had to swipe the key 5-10 times to get the door to open. heard other much worst stories from others.

Too many careless property owners that let their dogs deficate everywhere. I have never had my room cleaned, vacuumed, or swept in eight weeks, this room has not seen a cleaning crew.

Elevator was broken for over 1 month, they didn't have handicapped room we reserved, 1st room we got had not been cleaned properly.

The staff was not very friendly and at times couldn’t be found. We needed extra pillow and blankets and were told there were none. I also did not find the bed comfortable.

It was cheap so I figured you get what you pay for. I liked that it had a kitchen in the room.

The room had a odor and was not pleasant, The bed was on just a frame and seemed to just have a top cover open underneath. There was work going on outside and noise. I took one look at the room and left. I also had an issue that there was no lobby and keycard needed to open the door. I was told no refunds period! I thought they might refund all but one night! Would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel!!!!!!

The elevator was dirty/smelled like dog urine. There was an extremely strong smell in the hallway. We didn’t have any hand towels, the pillows were small, lumpy and smelled terrible. The carpet had a lot of loose dirt. The heater continuously kicked on and off all night. There was a lot of noise outside and in the hallway into the early hours.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Good location, comfortable bed, clean sheets and clean bathroom.

No Ice machines and also they have satellite so the Tv goes off constantly or very fussy. But had excellent variety of Tv channels when it would come in.

The location to the interstate and hospitals at DuPont. Also tons of smaller restaurants and speedway close by. Also only a few miles from other drive through restaurants and grocery stores. The room has a full kitchen minus a oven so excellent place if your staying for several days because it has a full size fridge and your able to buy groceries and cook at the hotel and save money. The bed was very soft and comfortable and the room was very clean

The heater in the room was very loud and woke me up all through out the night. There was also an entrace to the exterior below my room and the door made a very loud noise everytime it was opened or closed.
