The beds are horribly uncomfortable. You can hear people coming and going from their rooms all night long. The some of the sheets on our bed were dirty so we removed them. You only get to use their WiFi for 3 days free and then you have to pay for it but it only connected to one device.

The location of the property is convenient. The size of the rooms are decent. I like that there is a small kitchen in the rooms.

The accommodations are not very nice — although they are well-priced. If choosing to stay here, bring your own coffee maker, hair dryer, drink ware, and toiletries, because nothing at all is provided in the cost of the room. Also, expect a low-end experience in terms of furniture and the general state of repair. Peeling laminate, rotting caulk, bathtubs in need of reglazing, and so on.

The staff at this property were amazing — friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The location is also prime, with virtually anything you need within a quick walk or drive.

Staff didn’t double check the room before they let guest occupy it. The room was missing a toilet paper holder there’s one unopened toilet paper roll. Cleaning staff were too early to wake us up at 9am and kept on coming back very disappointed.

Location wise it's not a bad distance from shops... If you are driving other wise Uber, a taxi or a friend who is willing to drive are your only options if you yourself don't drive. Not that everything isn't Walking distance, just that the area itself isn't designed for driving. Amenities wise I was surprised to find no hand soap, shampoo or body wash in the room. Admittedly I never enquired with the staff about this one but honestly I just assumed they were not available as for the most part it is a live in hotel. Finally the hotel allow pets, which I have no issue with other than to say the walls are thin and pets can be loud so expect noise haha This all said none of this had a huge negative impact on my stay.

Even at late hours check in was easy. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help at any time of day. The room was nice and spacious and had plenty utilities which is great for a longer stay.

The staff were very unprofessional and very rude the toilet didn’t flush right and they over charged my card by 100 dollars and then acted like they didn’t want to help me fix the problem so I call the corporate and they also couldn’t help me fix the issue with the 100 dollar extra that was taken out because it’s a privately owed hotel the staff that was on duty that day were rude and even lied to there management so that management started to be very unconcerned with the money that was taken from me I wouldn’t recommend this place at all this is my first time to Michigan moving from Texas and it was a terrible experience for me my wife and my 2 year old daughter
