I couldn't get the internet password to work the time I was there. Could use a little more cleaning. The bed was not attached to the wall, so it moved. Check out was at 11. The was knocking on my door by 9:30am

The pillow was the best part about the stay.

The front desk is only open from 10 AM - 2 PM on the weekends. The bed could be more secure on the floor. Not having any USB ports to charge phones

It was on the lower end of quality. It was accommodating for our needs. The rooms needed updating. The beds were a metal frame spring bed with a mattress on top. Not the most comfortable. We were able to take our dogs which is a plus.

The property was clean and convenient for us visiting family.

No ice was available. Bed is small and uncomfortable. Bedding is very thin. No breakfast.

Location is good, right off of I-70. The room has a lot of amenities including cooktop, kitchen sink, fridge, and microwave. However there are no utensils pans or plates. Room was clean though floor looks to be pulling up from being wet maybe?

When I came in I had to call a number and they then called someone to come to the front desk. They had to be in the building because they were there very quickly. Seems like they could have a camera and come when someone showed up

The check-in guy that's it! The checking guy is the only reason I have anything decent to say about this hotel! I had to go out and buy a plunger just to use/flush the toilet. Wasn't offered a different room and wasn't offered a refund to go somewhere else. Went to a different hotel across the way to get ice...... To say the least I was not impressed!

The cord to the box for the television had a short. We had to call someone after hours to come and check it out. He got the TV to come on but the problem with the short was not addressed. The door did not lock because there was no plate on the door frame so it could lock. We didn't realize this until our third night staying there. We didn't need a card to get in the room because when you pushed on the door, it opened!!!!!

The room was decent. Beds were comfortable.

The walls are super thin, so I heard the people next to and above me all the time. The key cards kept losing their code.

I like almost all the staff, but have to say I don't get along that well with the night person who checked me in. She did her job but seems rather unfriendly. I've had a few issues with her on previous stays too. I also was very tired and struggled to bring in my bags on the cart. She was right there but did nothing to help. I also did not like that the lock to the inside door was broken and people just opened the door and went in. This means that anybody from the outside, can enter and access individual rooms 24/7. That made me feel unsafe and insecure. I also was not able to access the internet all night. I logged in correctly but it kept giving me an error message. Because I am trying to get work, plus I do online classes etc - a good internet connection is essential to me. I have stayed at this property many times and love most of the staff. But sadly, I'm noticing things that are broke down, often stay that way. (this is the first time I've had many complaints after multiple stays).

I like most of the staff and some have been very good to me. (I like them enough that moving away grieves me). I was able to get a room.Ive been in before, so it was very familiar. It was nice and warm and private so I could rest well. I did get good rest, which I needed. I also do like that the hotel will accept cash because I can deposit money onto my bank card, but it costs $5 to do that

It's ok We stay one night the air conditioning fan we're too noisy and house keeper come before 11am and knock the door later another one try to enter that's the only thing I don't like.

I didn't like the entry when you first come in. The was no real lobby, just a phone with signage to call for someone to come register your room. I was traveling with 2 older teens who shared a room. This was ok for them and price was cheap.

Pictures showed carpeting, but instead there was cheap wood flooring with 1/2" gaps in the middle of the room and warping. The toilet base looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of weeks. The bathroom faucets were not attached to the basin and would turn and pull out of the basin. No curtains to block out the sun emitting street light or sun in the morning. Lastly, we were charged about 8 dollars more than agreed upon with the Booking app.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Place seemed secure. You could only enter from the main entrance and took a key card to go past the front desk.
