The light in the kitchen didn't work. The kitchenette could use some supplied paper towels and a coffee maker with pods/k-cups, however, that could be it's own issue, but I would have loved some coffee when we got up.

The convenience, the price, the great pet policy. Our 4-legged friend was pleased, too. The bed was comfortable, and the towels were fluffy. Later check in was easy, too!

I didn't like anything about my stay. I NEVER ACTUALLY STAYED. Your employee was rude and refused to do any part of his job. The first night (21st) I didn't get there before midnight and the apps wouldn't allow me to cancel before that.

We showed up and found a small, hot smelly lobby and no one to greet us and check us in. A sign said to pick up the phone and dial three numbers for service. Someone finally answered and said she would be there in 20 minutes. After about 30 minutes, I called again and was told to wait about 20 more minutes. When the clerk finally arrived, nearly an hour after our arrival, she was rude. She needed a state ID from every member of my family. Then she started doing the type of paperwork that made me feel like I was buying a home. Finally, about 90 minutes into this ordeal, we were given keys to our two rooms -- one for two kids and one for my wife and I. The boys opened their room to a stench, sticky floors and bugs. My wife and I could not get in because the cards did not work. I told the lady at the fron desk and she argued with me, insisting I didn't know how to use a hotel key (trust me I do). She reprogrammed the keys and they still did not work. Fed up, I finally found rooms at another hotel. The manager had shown up, so I told him we were leaving and would like a refund. "We don't do refunds," he said. I argued with him and he called the cops. The Junction City police showed up and I knew they had routine problems with this place. They immediately sided with me, and apologized for the manager. They tried to convince him to refund my money, but he doubled down and refused. No big problem there, as I simply had the credit card company reverse the charge. Do not make the mistake of getting lured by this "hotel," which will leave you with an unforgettable smell and probably ruin your life by infecting you with bed bugs. This place is absolutely disgusting.

There is no breakfast. If there were, it would not be safe. Bugs and filth everywhere.

our room was filthy. the floor was sticky, there was stranger hair everywhere, and lots of the furnishings were broken or damaged. elevator smelt like weed. however, it was cheap! you get what you pay for with this stuff. it was fine for one short night, but it wasn’t pleasant.

Mike, our front desk attendant, was great. awesome customer service, polite, helpful.

PROVIDE SOAP TO GUESTS! I had to go buy soap because there was nothing in my room. The lazy staff members said they will send the cleaning lady to deliver soap and they never did. The cart for carrying luggage is broken and the front desk is always closed guests have to call from a phone and the phone rings and rings.

I never had breakfast there staff smokes in the office.

I arrived tired at 9pm they gave me a room on the fourth floor and when I got to the room it was out of soap, paperless and disorganized, I went down to the lobby and they moved me to another room (AND MY FOOD IN HAND COLDING) when I got to the second Room the same conditions they gave me only one shampoo and there was no TV control, I asked the manager jorhs and he told me that it was only one, the mattress was horrible, in short my horrible experience, I never choose it again and I'm from be in hotels every day throughout the United States but there is never again 😞😞😞😞

It was filthy! The staff wasn’t at the desk morning or night. We had to call for assistance and clean our own rooms. I had called ahead and worked through the app because we already knew we couldn’t stay the second night. We wouldn’t have stayed once we got there because it was so filthy. The only reason we stayed was because it was 11:30 pm and we would have had to drive to another town. Again, we had to clean our own rooms. There weren’t even sheets on one of the beds. We asked for refunds and the staff was very argumentative.
