The room was a clean, but I saw a roach running around and the fridge smelled of roach spray. Also, I didn’t realized it was an extended stay facility. The office space within the front entrance was absolutely not inviting to say the least.

The only good thing about my stay, was the staff members who showed us their skills and friendly attitude.

First room they gave us was dirty and not ready. People were screaming and fighting all hours of the night. The receptionist was nice once she finally showed up to the counter.

The ac unit did not work neither did the television . The front desk receptionist was very snappy i arrived at 11pm and the front desk was closed. He later opened it and was very upset that he had to help me and afterwards he said there wouldn’t be anybody here until 7am the next day if there were any problems with the room. once we got to the room it was clean but the television did not function and the ac unit did not work at all we had to stay the night in a hot room due to nobody being at the front desk after 12am.

You can't leave out certain meds items it might get stolen the ac didn't get cold i had to buy a fan to help it get cool the outside is filthy on the weekends trash bins running over Didn't ask to change room because i heard other guess saying their room is infested with roaches saw 1 or 2 now an then stove took forever to get hot

The Refrigerator would not get cold only Warm and it was on the Highest Setting. There were to many ROACHES even crawling on the Refrigerator. Also there was at least three People staying there, that I saw and Heard having an issue With Being Over Charged for there Stay.

the room was filthy. even had ramen noodles left in the cabinet from the last person or who knows how many people ago. the smoke detector was missing and had wires hanging out of the wall where it should’ve been. the mattress was nothing but springs and there was garbage on the floor in the bathroom.

I didn’t really like anything about it. won’t book at this location again.

I didn’t like that the toilet had to be stopped up all night because no one was at the counter to help me. When I asked for a plunger the next morning I was told they didn’t have one 😡 People outside in the parking lot blaring music until about 11:30 pm! Lastly the children running until 1am up and down the hallway! I will never ever spend my money with this hotel again it was the worst experience EVER!!

Wow, one of the worse Hotel Rooms I've ever used. Bed cover had MANY STAINS, yikes...why not just throw away and replace? No ANYTHING to use in Room with Small Kitchen. Sink, Fridge and mini-stovetop, but no dishes, utensils, and NO COFFEE MACHINE!!!!!! I've never stayed in a hotel that did not provide coffee either in the room or downstairs. Suspect it relates to this hotel being located in poor part of town and extended stay with residences bringing their own supplies.

The lack of professionalism in how everything was handled. I ended up sleeping in my disabled vehicle and all the money and time I wasted trying to find a place to stay while my vehicle was service by the dealership.

There was a roach by the mini stove area, someone had covered the fire alarm with wet toilet paper, the bed was uncomfortable, and the fridge looked run down also didn't get very cold, there was a musky smell even though the room seemed clean. It seems that people live in this hotel it was small and there were alot of people hanging out in the front area didn't feel or seem safe.

Both the male at check in & female at check from the front desk staff were nice and informative of my stay. The room was clean.

The hallways and elevators stunk. There were bits hair left in the tub. My towel that I was to dry with had foreign hairs in it. Overall, I don’t think the cleanliness of the room was acceptable. Even though there was a kitchenette, hotel had no dishes or cups, pots or pans for use. The AC unit was set on 60 degrees and was hot as hell. There was nothing but a shade in the window. No darkening drape of any kind. Literally, sleeping under an overpass probably would have been a better option.
