The TV did not work the whole time I was there and I kept asking the front desk for help. They put it on a list. The man finally came the day before the day I had to leave, but couldn’t fix it, so was going to have the other guy fix it he never came so that evening at around 5 o’clock I caught him on the elevator and he came up to look at it and figured it out. Therefore I had no TV the whole week I was There, I should’ve been compensated for that somehow. The floors were dirty if you walked, barefooted or with socks, it would make them black had like a greasy coating on the ground . When I arrived, there was blobs of filthy mop water on the edge of the toilet and a big spot on the floor in the bathroom and the shower the tub was full of what they poured down it and didn’t take time to make sure it was all cleaned up and rinsed out out and there was what looked like pubic hair on the edges of the tub and on the back of the toilet. The microwave turntable did not turn. Therefore, it took forever to make something because you had to keep stopping it and stirring it, and kept leaking and dripping from inside it as it would heat up. It’s actually a fire hazard and needs to be replaced. I told the, maintenance guy is both of them. The bathroom ventilation did not work. But other than that it was OK except they only have what seems like one luggage rack and somebody kept it hostage in their room the entire time I was there. Thank goodness I caught it as I was ready to leave and was able to use it

Not sure. MELISSA was the first person I met at the desk and she was very friendly. The guy whoever he was was not so friendly and the last lady when I left was not friendly either altogether, I saw four people there. I guess the other lady just didn’t have much personality. I don’t know you just expect more when people are working with the public. MELISSA, I thought was very friendly though.

Smelly rooms, stained towels, ripped comforter, roaches, not-well maintained doors, etc, only towels, soap, toilet paper provided, TV did not work, fingerprints all over the TV screen, dirty drawers.

Price, especially for the cleanliness, and I'm not a clean freak. I had roaches in my room, the only ESA I've seen that at. The bed from was cheap AF though I'm not picky, it might throw some people off.

The entire place had a bad smell. While the room was clean, everything was run down, and it needed to be updated. Seemed like a lot of folks in and out of the hotel, and a lot of people were living there in a week to week type basis. People hanging out by the front door smoking. The elevator was a bit scary.

It was very dirty. Lots of hair in bathtub and sink join check in. Bed was a cheap mattress on a cot. Smelled like smoke. Check in/out has a movable fence that they keep closed so i had to wait long periods of time to see the front desk agent. Would never stay again.

Very rundown inside and out. The queen "suite" was tiny and had 2 plastic chairs for seating in the suite area. Had small kitchen area with 2 burners, tiny microwave and full fridge.

From fire alarms going off while I was asleep around midnight to roaches being in the room. I didn’t know people were living there like apartments, room also smelled like mold and a man had a whole car motor outside his door with a threatening note on it.

It was close to where I needed to get to for work.

Too many people living there , congregating outside smoking , some smoking marijuana . I almost had my car stolen if it had not been for the air tag they would not have been returned . The room smelled of cigarettes, marijuana and cooking grease . The bed was uncomfortable , you can hear people in other rooms all night long . It was not safe , the side door that was supposed to to be locked unless you had a key card to get in , it had a rock placed so the door couldn’t latch so people could go in and out at all hours . No outside lighting . Very sketchy hotel situation . I have never felt so unsafe . I booked 2 queen beds and only was given a room with one bed . I was traveling with my adult son and little dog . There was a kitchenette but no coffee pot , utensils or anything thing to cook with . The room was so dirty . I reached out to booking the first night due to all these issues and was only refunded 45.00 of the 360.00 I paid for 3 nights . I am still very disappointed .

The room smelled of cigarettes although they claim they are smoke free. The pull out sofa was in terrible shape. It was peeling and all the material was everywhere. When I pulled it out the mattress was worn down and stains all over. It looked like no one had even bothered to check on it since the last guest because the dirty sheets were tucked in the sofa full of dog hair. Overall the worst experience I’ve had with any hotel stay. Would never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

I had to clean room b4 sitting anything down. very poor experience. along with my security deposit being put back on my card; I think I should get a portion of my room expenses added back to my card, as well!! no pictures were taken; but poor experience. the first experience with this motel chain was in Melbourne, Florida and had a nice experience. so was gonna try it again; maybe not again!!

booked through booking, who showed 2 queen beds for my booked night. when I showed up to hotel at 8pm, I was informed that they only had 1 bed rooms. not going to work for my family of 5, and no hotels close by. they said they would not charge me to cancel, which was nice, but also now I had to come up with somewhere to bring my boys to sleep for the night! booking customer service was a process and wanted me to go back to hotel, as the hotel that told me they had zero room for us now supposedly had a room (not sure where it magically came from). no mam! already booked another hotel that could fit us! waste of my time, and my energy (on the phone for 30 mina arguing about not returning to a hotel that already denied us). there was a man infeont of me dealing with same thing.
