Not very pretty, the shower had it's issues and the bathroom floor can capture a lot of water between the false tiles. Because the kitchen doesn't have tools so we have to buy frying pans and microwave meals for convenience. The neighbors can be very very noisy and it sounds like they are banging to your door at midnight.

The location is on point, you have everything that matters close and also and IHOP in the same place.

Unfortunately, there was a couple next to me in 225 that was loud. I complained the first time and the staff took care of it. Unfortunately the morning I left, they woke me up super early and there was no staff present. Kind of ruined my stay.

Facility’s were great for the price and the staff were great.

I DIDNT LIKE tHE SMELL OF DOGS IN THE ROOM , IT WAS HUMIT AnD ALSO THE PEOPLE UP STAIRS MADE TO MUCH NOISE AND the ones across as well

It looked as those people lived there..regulars hanging outside ! Its a no for me going forward! Booking also billed the card I paid with and the card I had in file ...are you all scammers. I will stop using booking second card experience in months.

I had reserved a king room but when I got there they said they ran out of kings? not sure how that works.

Cockroaches. Room door was not sound proof, heard noice from outside the whole night.

The place is slightly run down and is mainly home to mostly local long-term tenants.

The staff were all super helpful, they arranged an early check in for me after a long 12 hour journey to get there and anytime I had any questions they were super helpful. Lets say you get what you pay for here in terms of the facilities and location. There seemed to be a transition in management during my stay which I think is for the better

There seemed to be blood on the roof of our room, they only provided 1 toilet paper and when going to front desk there was no one there to ask for more

There was a handprint on the backboard of the bedframe. Saw a few bugs, and the hotel had a smokey smell to it. Also left a day early, and the hotel refused to give me my money back.

The elevator was slow as molasses, and some of the area and hotel itself was old and needs updates. But they seemed to be working on stuff constantly, so at least they were trying. Fine for one or two nights, but not sure I would stay longer.

The staff and residents were friendly. Outside smoking and dog walking areas. Luggage carts. Manager was stressed but nice. Given the possible hurricane conditions, it was understandable.

The manager, Francis, locked us out of our room twice and said we owed additional money over and above what Booking.com said we should pay. I spent about 30 minutes each time explaining that we had paid the correct amount when we checked in and eventually Francis said it’s ok, I can see the error (wrong code applied at check in) and she said ‘you’re all set’ nothing else to pay. Then when I checked my credit card statement at home in UK I saw that Woodspring Suites had over-charged us on check in by £95 and then taken, without telling us, a further 3 payments from our credit card amounting to £253!! I will be complaining to Booking.com to claim this money back.

Ideally located for Discovery Cove, Aquatica and Seaworld which were all 5 minutes drive and the Disney Parks which were roughly 25 minutes drive. Good cooking and refrigerator facilities in the room and good washing and drying facilities.

Dirty rooms, floors had not been clean had stains. Bathroom was dirty with what looks like blood stains. 2 towels looked dirty and tub was not clean either.

Locations to the parks were good. Staff was nice.
