The floors were dirty. Had old ketchup stains or similar. Something nasty and brown on the light switch. I already had clorox wipes with me so I wiped it off my self. It smelled like old pickles. Had to buy a candle and kept it burning the entire stay there except when we were out the room for a long period of time.. The hallway on my floor was dirty. Trash every where.

The sheets and towels were clean.

The fact that the toilet was clogged when we got to the room. Reported it to front desk but instead of calling maintenance they gave us a plunger. Room has a stove but no pots or pans.

Some restaurants are nearby like Ihop and Dunkin Donuts, front of the hotel. Seaworld is about 1.7 miles away. Some guests have kids, and they tend to run around the room. If you stay right below them, you are not getting your sleep. One elevator and it is really slow.

We were unaware that they are a transitioning hotel. There were people living there and the hallways smelt like old folks home. no one comes to clean your room if you stay for just a couple days. You have to bring your towels downstairs to get them replaced and after a certain time they make you pay the washer and dryer to clean your towels. Not a good hotel if you are trying to go and enjoy your vacation if you have to put in work. Would not be coming back.

Unfriendly and rude Staff, Floor was sticky, Lobby and room stinks and smells like cigarettes. We found cockroaches on the closet and bathroom. When told staff they did not care nor gave me another room. I left and won’t refund me. I spoke with booking and the management and they were also rude to booking. Overall save your money and go somewhere else

Checked in with my family of 5 for 1 night. No cable on TV, couldn’t be fixed and no more rooms were available and I also charged for little to no WiFi. Nothing was discounted or compensated for inconvenience.

Some of the staff was not very nice, the room was not cleaned , floor was very dirty, no housekeeping, I had to take my linens to front desk everyday to get clean ones. I realize this is an extended stay hotel but when customers come to stay on vacation they don't want to have to deal with changing bed sheets nor taking linens to front desk to exchange.

I didn’t like the fact that the Wi-Fi was not working. The TV was not working it had roach and the floor was dirty. Also, the hallways stinks, their prostitution and drug activities on premises. That staff is aware of because they live in the hotel.

I liked nothing about this property. The only thing I like was the location.

We didn’t had internet, it was terrible. They asked for $8 per day per cellphone, when you travel internet in essential. Also, the kitchen doesn’t have anything, not even a plate or a cup.

The staff the staff the staff is what I dislike the most except for one nice lady , I wish I knew her name but she seemed to always be there . They are rude , I seen them talk to some of the guests in a way I would never tolerate if it was done to me ! And to top it all they literally stole our food delivery , the delivery person dropped it off at the front desk , I went by 3 times trying to find someone to hand it to me as it was behind the counter , but of course as always nobody was to be found (which seems to be a regular thing ,we waited for someone to check us in when we arrived for 40 mins only for her to come out of the bathroom on her phone -.- ) so when I finally came back for the 3 rd time I see that my food disappeared and when I asked at first the guy got very nervous goes to the back and I hear him talk to his coworker which I am convinced she was the one who stole it then he comes back and tell me someone picked it up which was a complete lie .. terrible experience I will NEVER go back there

When I booked they sent a message to have cash for the security deposit, then the guy at check in made a copy of my ID and debit card. The lobby had missing paint spots and smelled like old stale cigarettes. When I got to my room there was a huge hole in the bathroom door, no pots and pans, no cups, utensils, plates, nothing. Oooh and the stove was missing a knob. I was so uncomfortable that the next morning I asked if I could check out early and I was told I could but I would not get a refund for the other 2 nights that I didn’t stay because their policy is no refunds. Dispute the false advertising from the pictures and the false pretense that this Woodsprings Suites is up to par like the other Choice brand hotels. I will NEVER go back to this location and am thinking about getting a lawyer to sue for the sleepless nights and mental anguish I experienced due to this place.

The Whole Hotel was a mess. Everyone had problems with their rooms. Our power didn't work on one side of the room so none of the outlets worked, the TV, ETC... When we went to request assistance, there was a line of 8 plus people asking to switch rooms because they had problems. We were all told there was nothing they could do. Our room keypad never worked with our key we had to go down several times to request assistance in opening the rooms.

Dbl charged. Pre paid based on booking rate x 2 reservations. I checked on correct day at 3am to catch my flight at 6am . A day after , there is a charge for 96.42. They claimed booking charged I spook with BOOKING.COM and they didn’t not. All charges are prepaid in person. This was an unauthorized charge that no one at the facility could explain.
