They make you take your own trash out to dumpster. They said they charge if you want extra towels even when we stayed 5 days. They said they would charge for overage of using their Wi-Fi so decided not to even try even though we got no service in the hotel from our carrier. We would walk outside had service. Definitely seemed more like a place that people live not a hotel. No coffee pot in room no ice bucket or ice machines they said they provide ice cube trays in the freezer.

It doesn’t feel clean, the smell and the mess in the lobby makes you feel insecure. The towels were dirty, the beds had a smell and stains in the bedclothes. The pillows were flat and not sufficient, with stains and human hairs. It’s a whole ‘not cleaned’ feeling that you get as you step in. And there is no breakfast, just coffee.

The cleaning was the worst. Microwave dirty. Kitchen Dirty. Restroom and all the room smell urine..... because wasn't cleaned. That was the worst experience we had . No towel paper at restroom Tv doesn't work. Doesn't turn on. The location and facilities very nice but they should match with a.good cleaning. If not the experience isn't good.

I think people with animals should have a certain rooms that they rent out just specifically for dogs if I’m a customer without a dog I shouldn’t be in a room that smell like dog and I don’t have one just my opinion

That after the first two gentlemen clerks,who had checked me in ,& forgotten to tell the lady nite clerk that I had informed them I had no hot water in the shower in my room. She took action to give us another available room.

I understand this property is pet friendly, but the whole hotel shouldn’t smell like animals. The elevators smells like marijuana. The hall floors are dirty; & the beds was very uncomfortable.

The hotel passed under new management. The rooms, although clean, were not prepared with all their kitchen equipment such as glasses, spoons, forks, etc. The included amenities were not what we expected. The hotel on booking.com said that it included breakfast. Edwin let us know that this service was not yet available. For the next occasion, the information must be updated to know what to expect and not feel delighted or disappointed with the presentation of the product.

Edwin front desk manager was very kind and helpful. Location to Disney parks is excellent. Good options around the block for eating and shooping.

No iron, hair dryer, no front desk after 8pm. Main doors were always open poor security. Had a kitchen but the place does not provide plates nor pans. No Wifi in the rooms the signal was terrible.

Very basic extra charges for my dog 25$ then 10$ each additional day no breakfast no ice machine no coffee maker no gym no hair dryer . To the eye clean but floor was tacky bathroom was dirty , only toiletries 1 little bar of soap broken shower handle they used painters tape to cover the holes. Housekeeping was rude front counter is limited hours availability. Had planned to stay at Wyndham but opted for this one because of distance to where I was going . Won’t sacrifice my stay for distance again. I travel a lot and have stayed and multiple places high and low end. Was definitely disappointed in this place

When we checked in asked for a deposit we didn’t expect. We had 3 people with us, only 2 towels per room if you need more you have to pay extra. Tv never worked searching for network. Also no hot water. Also no WiFi ,said free breakfast but no breakfast. Worst hotel ever!!!! Also homeless staying on property on car sleeping, and drug deals in parking lot. Not cool when you have a family with kids..

They blame booking for not having uodated new things. For example no free breakfast, no 24 hour counter, and only 2 towels they will charge you extra if you need more. The room smelled like mold, all 3 of us woke up sick. Our window shades didn’t close all the way it was missing the piece to make it come down. It was terrible.
