They had a lot of roaches and the sheets weren’t clean

cockroaches were everywhere!! I was awakened out of my sleep as one crawled on me…I was charged for a cancellation and i notified about delayed flight . o realized this upon checking in. I spoke with I assume the night auditor on property. He was in accommodating and rude to me and to Corporate Extended Stay Customer Service that I contacted. Agormal complaint was filed by the rep because the auditor was rude to them as well. I was told he is the night auditor when I was accidentally locked out if my room after hours.

Patricia was awful short talking guest.. When I told her the room was not clean she did not suggest to change it so I ask for clean sheets and pillowcases and blankets. Patricia told me she could give me sheets and pillowcases but they don't do the blankets or covers.. I don't really know if it was fleas but it was bugs in the room ..hair in the bed and shower and sink the room had an smell to it that gave me a headache.. Couldn't sleep like that.

When I went to the bed just under the cover, there was a roach that appeared to have fallen from the lamp on top of the bed. I let that go, and then when I woke up the next morning, there was roaches crawling under the bed little ones and also there was one in the bathroom Little disgusting if you ask me.

I had to book a room late due to travel. I arrived on site to enter a lobby with no staff anywhere. Front desk was secured and the only way to contact anyone was via a phone that you could hear ring throughout the room. I was than approached by a staff member who’s first response was do you have a reservation but in an irritated way as I clearly interrupted his crucial game of candy crush. We proceeded to finalize my room. Finally I was ready to relax after 15+ hours of driving. I arrive to my room 422.. and am immediately hit in the face by what seemed like the most overpowering insect spray I’ve ever been around and there they were.. hundreds of roaches. On the bed, floor, wall, pillows, sinks and shower. How this place hasn’t been shut down is beyond me. Not a single thing was taken care of, cleaned or even remotely staged to look so. Outright disturbing especially being in a good part of Orlando especially for travelers. Shame.

The only positive thing about this place was the location.

I asked if i could receive a military discount for my stay and was denied. I was later informed that night the front desk could have waived my stay & add the discount. That same night had to change rooms due to heater not working.

The room has a terrible smell of smoke and something more . There are cockroaches in the restroom and bedroom every place you look as soon as the lights are turned on. Bad smell in the bed and the quilt has yellow stains that I don’t want to think what that is . The carpet in the hallway leading to the rooms is full of stains and smells so bad also. We anticipate our return. We left the room at 1:30 am . I want my money back . Terrible experience.

Good location but after a creepy bridge . Dark place . Front light of the building need to be fixed .
